Picking out my dress was a good experience. However, I went to pick up my dress today. i called before hand to confirm it had arrive. Upon arriving at the store, I went to let them know i was picking up my dress. The employee handed me a sticky note and told me to write my name and barely spoke another word to me. She then left. I waited a while and she came and only handed me my veil. i asked about my dress and she said it wasnt there. I asked her to check and surprise it was there. Worst experience ever. They have the WORST customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. I was mislead by multiple associates in the store and when it was addressed with the manager she did nothing. The associates told me that my dress would arrive on a specific date and when that date passed I called the store and was told the dress was in store and I could pick it up anytime. Two days later I drove 45 mine to the store and was told my dress wouldn’t be arriving for two more weeks!! Less than 10 days befor... read more

My mom and two sisters drove from cape Breton today for an appt with David’s Bridal at 3 pm. When we arrived, we were greeted and told to check out the dresses. I’m not sure who our stylist was as she didn’t introduce herself. We picked out a few we would like to try and were shown to the dressing rooms. After that, our stylist disappeared. There were two other brides and 5-6 young ladies (who said they didn’t have an appt) that this same stylist was assisting. Not happy with my bridal apt, which was scheduled, my guest were cramped in a corner and I had a small mirror to look at on the dressing stall and felt very rushed. Then never got a call my dress was in. Told couldn’t find my account which was under the wrong number. Then 8 our of 9 bridesmaids dresses were ordered WAY to big. One having to alter more than the dress was worth and told by staff sorry nothing they can do to make it right. Will not be shopping there again!

I will NEVER refer anyone to them period. My dress was 2 hours late. I was told I would be given a refund for steaming services and only a partial refund was given. My brides made paid $150 for alterations that were NOT completed. Completely horrible. All the day before my wedding!!!!

About a week or so ago, I walked into David's Bridal with my sister to find her dress for my wedding. Upon walking in, my sister and I saw three women employees at the welcoming table area. When we filled out my profile information, an employee who went by the name Dotty told me she would need to take my sisters measurements. Didn’t have a very good experience at first with David’s in general. Ordered my dress from the store in Hamburg, ny and when my dress came in, i noticed that the beads on my dress were falling off, strings were loose. And l was upset of course. Took it to alternations and they said we will fix it as best as we can, when l called just to check on the dress. I was told it wasn’t even started yet, of course they said on the tag that the alternations dept told me 2 weeks which wasn’t the case. (Side note) this place wasn’t very ... read more

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Brides - be warned! I feel like I was backed into a corner. I visited this location recently and had a very bad experience. I bought a veil and headpiece but later decided it was not what I was looking for. I also intended to return to have a dress order canceled and refunded to my credit card. I took the items back to return, still in it's original packaging and tags attached (3 days after original purchase).
