Definitely would avoid this location at all costs. Didn't realize that you had to make an appointment in advance as the website stated that walk ins were welcome. When we got there an associate said they had an appointment, but after talking to the manager said it was no longer available as they had a stylist going home early. Huge disappointment after driving 3.5 hours to look at dresses. The rack of dresses that you can try on without a consultant is pathetic to say the least. I felt rushed and pressured to buy my dress. They rattled off the "rules" of the purchase very quickly and convinced me to buy the alterations up front and had me sign when I didn't even get a chance to read it all. I decided to buy another dress elsewhere after several months of still regretting the purchase and David's Bridal refused to refund me for at least the alterations that never got done (I didn't even ask for a refund on the dress, just the alterations that never got done). Nothing but thieves and liars. They measure my fiance then order the dress. It comes and its 6 sizes too big and have the nerve to tell her she must of lost weight and $700 in alterations just to go back to pick it up and it's still way too big! Better service at a flea market!

If I could give this company and location negative stars, I would. They've completely ruined a dress that I should have been able to wear again. David’s Bridal is such a disappointing company. Their policy on online orders is ridiculous. I went to their local store in Durham, NC. I waited 30 minutes for someone to assist me. They measured me for a bridesmaids dress and advised me to order the wrong size (the bust doesn’t fit at all). I ordered the dress online because they told me they couldn’t order it for me in the store. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Told to go by size chart then purchased a product. It’s comes in to small calls then they say oh our products come small. Wtf!? Then charged over $100 to fix everything. Will never return.
Awful customer service. I paid $150 for a dress and because I listened to their ‘experts’ about sizing I went up two sizes due to pregnancy, needless to say it was still HUGE. I had it altered by a local store owner in my hometown the week of the wedding and it was still $125 to get it altered because it was so big. I didn’t take it to their alterations because it would have been twice as much. The worst alteration ever. I had to use safety pins and stuff my bra. I would go to a private seamstress.

Went to try on Bridal dresses with my best friend for her upcoming wedding, we were turned away!😡 Apparently, they had other appointments and no time to allow her to try a few dresses. Never mind the fact that I was there with balloons to make it special for her only to be turned away!! SO obviously stating “We’d still love to see you” is a total LIE!!!!!
