I wish zero stars was an option. We ordered bridesmaids dresses in July and was assured both dresses would arrive before my wedding day in November. First bridesmaid received her dress today however it is not the style we ordered or wanted. Not even close. After asking questions we were then told that the second dress would not be ready until January. I received an email from David’s bridal with an advertisement stating “select wedding gowns $300-$600, now $99.00. Up to $500 off regular price for wedding dresses” I went to the David’s bridal website and clicked on the banner that said shop now. I was very pleased with the selection of dresses offered and immediately booked an appointment online. I screenshoted the dresses that I was interested in with the price of the dress. they cheated us out of our money , 1st time they gave her a floor sample dress , we returned it & ask for what we paid for , supposedly they ordered a new one but gave my daughter a damage dress & couldn't get a new dress in time for her wedding 😡

If i could give a zero I would... First off im a bridesmaid. My bestfriend is getting married first time she tried on her wedding dress it was SHORTER then the samle dresss they gave her to try on and never informed her of " taller girl" options. So she had to exchange it for the long dress after speakibg to the manager. Me and my mom had went to Davids Bridal tonight in hopes of finding shoes that would go well with my dress. But in turn when you walk in the Store there was hardly any staff to help you in what you are looking for. I tried on a wedge shoe from Davids Bridal but I didn’t end up purchasing it because of the height of the shoe. I WAS VERY HAPPY ABOUT MY SISTER'S WEDDING, AND OF COURSE DAVID BRIDAL WAS THE PLACE TO GO. THE ALTERATIONS CREW AND OUR ALTERATIONS WERE TERRIBLE FOR THE BRIDE'S MAID DRESSES. WE HAD TO GO BACK TWICE FOR ALTERATIONS, BUT WHY? AND THE DRESSES STILL LOOKED BAD FOR THE MONEY WE PAID. WE WERE NOT HAPPY OR IMPRESSED. THE WEDDING WAS 9/15/18.. SMH!!!! THANK GOD AT LEAST THE MEN LOOKED GREAT !!!!!

Well to start with the $99 sale should be an online only sale. When I arrived at the store to find out there was only 1 dress that I found online in store that i liked I got very upset. To my luck i got to try it on and it fit. Choices in plus size dresses were a bit startling so very few. But the girld worked very hard to help me say yes to the dress.

Recommendedl need my gown in a week it had to be altered because like was leaving the state. They made sure everything was done.
