Worst experience ever, dealt with 2 different locations and both were lack luster customer service. The alterations dept was a complete joke; they are over priced and under delivered. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Poor corporate customer service as well; they treated as I didn’t matter and just kept apologizing. Also, they didn’t do anything to resolve the issues.

What a crock!!! I bought a dress for my daughter and she found one somewhere else she likes better. Of course, I can't return the original dress. I was told that I can exchange it for a dress of the same price or higher! Don't shop here unless you are absolutely sold on the dress.

Better customer service when difficulties arise. Dress arrived too late for alterations and was returned, as per your instructions. Three weeks later, and still no word on a refund. Not impressed.

Instead of attempting to be the least bit helpful, the male employee today instead was very snippy about myself and my daughters coming in an ***hour and a half before closing***. Even after being told repeatedly that there would not be any reason for me to try anything on today as I was simply looking, he still kept snipping and snapping that I had to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. I was just there a couple days ago and it was awful. My consultant was VERY uninterested and literally walked away from me when I was talking to her and disappeared. She seemed almost bothered that I was trying on dresses? Just lost my business.
My bridesmaids dress was shipped to her all rolled up in a bag. Box would have been better. The service we received the day we bought the dress was less than stellar.

I had my alterations today, the cost came to $270, which included a rush fee of $60. I understand there could be a lot of work to be done, but that price is astronomical, and completely unfair. The alterations cost more than the dress. I also wasn't told about the rush fee from anyone at the store, I was told by someone who used to work at the store. I think the pricing for alterations could use a huge adjustment. I am extremely disappointed, this has not been a good experience from the beginning.
