My consultant was great.. I loved her attention to everything I was looking for. She really tried to help me as much as she could but unfortunately she wasn’t able too. I saw a dress on line that I waned to purchase unfortunately they didn’t have it on my size at the store or on line anymore so she showed me the exact same one in a different color that was my size and it fit perfect. My daughter and I and 2 friends went to look at dresses and were told straight up we wouldn't be able to try anything on because of the time! You would think if I was paying $1500-$3000 for a dress they would have been more professional and told us in a better manner that it was almost closing time!! I would not recommend them to anyone!!!!
Just went to David’s bridal (Robinson) for a homecoming dress. Sale rep was very helpful and and saw that we liked the dress and said .. it’s a good deal, beautiful dress and it’s 20% off. So my daughter said - sold. We get to the register, she apologies and states only dresses on that rack with the code 24 are 20% off and she apologized but said, since they are all on the same rack, there are a group of them above the sign and , they all are similar dresses- I will ask my manager to take the discount off. I came into this David’s Bridal with my family looking for bridesmaids dresses and instead found poor customer service and bigotry. Our stylist, Madison, was rather curt and seemed disinterested in our appointment. We were left by ourselves for the majority of the appointment and had to wait a long time for her to come back. Hello, I went to davids bridal in East brinswick NJ. I have to say first that I am person who never complains ,but my anger is through the roof. I went brides maid dress shopping today. I have 2 plus size girls and 1 small. The consultant DANA didnt help whatsoever. She sized them, then told us to look for dresses. I asked for help because there was no plus size dresses, very few. If you're not a bride with an appointment, don't bother. I walked in to find a dress for a work gala and was directed to the clearance rack. Not sure what screamed "IM BROKE" to the person working.. but poor assumption. I was handed off to Nicole who pulled two long dresses after I said I prefer short. After that she disappeared! We made an appointment to try on wedding gowns, upon arrival we were told that the appointment was made as a bridesmaid dress appointment instead of wedding gowns and they didn't have a stylist to accommodate for the mistake they made when putting it in the computer. We were told we could look at dresses but we could not try anything on. Absolutely ridiculous and completely ruined the day
I drive 174 miles to the location with fitting appointment. Yes there is a tropical storm in North Carolina more than 100 miles away. They send me out confirmation for fitting and then they are closed no call to tell me but they sent confirmation last night and this morning about my appointment. When you purchase and have a dress fitted at David‘s bridal, save yourself the trouble and get them to guarantee that the dress will fit when you receive it or they will alter it at their cost. We had a very bad experience with them that the dress they fitted and supplied was way too small. Even that their staff fitted the dress they would only alter it if WE would pay for the altering costs. When we went there for the second time today to pick up the altered dress it still does not fit with the wedding coming up in a week. ... read more
