Just bought a 200 dollar dress that came in wrinkled. Was told I could pay to have them steam it for me but other than that nothing they can do. Apparently the store associate said all of the dresses come in wrinkled so thats it. Don't know if that made it better or worse so beware. No apology or anything. Sounds like some sort of scam to me. Give it to you wrinkled and charge for steaming. Hmm

Would not honour the fact bridesmaid dress was on sale when I picked it up today. The difference was $30. Not a lot of money but as a huge North American business and having bought 2 bridesmaids dresses in the last year, I felt that good customer service would be to refund me the difference in the dress that I purchased less than a month ago. The manager was not helpful and apparently lacks customer service skills. If you need a dress, I recommend you try another David’s Bridal or another independent Bridal retailer.

The first time I went to the store, I wasn't a fan of the woman who helped me. I stated that I wanted a strapless, white, and sweat heart neck line. The woman told me, "you don't want white, nobody does." She did not allow me to look around at all. She pulled me two dresses. Neither strapless or sweetheart neckline. 1 white, 1 blush color. I did like one of the dresses, when I asked her the color options (I didnt want the pink/blush color) she told me that it came in ivory and ivory champagne, explaining that it was a differ... read more

My experience at David’s Bridal was a mess. My maid of honor and I came into the store with an appointment to look at dresses for the bridesmaids, (I have 5 total) I told the girl helping us that I would NOT be buying dresses that day, I would come back on Friday to buy all 5 once each of my bridesmaids picked out their dresses since they all needed to be the same color but different styles. As soon as I told her I wouldn’t be buying that day her helpful attitude changed. She pulled 2 dresses and left. So we ended up pullin... read more

Terrible experience. We got there almost an hour before closing (48 minutes to be exact, since the girl made such a huge issue of it.) When we walked in, we didn’t even get a hello /welcome in /who’s the bride/ or anything. All we received was a very rude, “Do you have an appointment?”. When I stated that we were just popping in to get some ideas for my daughter, the girl again asked, “You mean you don’t have an appointment?”. I repeated that we did not. We were then informed that she would not be allowed to try anything on... read more

The website says walk ins welcome but that’s not true. They asked if she had an appointment. When she said no they were jerks. The level of rudeness at The Madison Store is unbelievable! I hope we never have to darken those doors again. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. I’m still amazed and angry.

I would like to know how you can order something from their store and then when it comes in it is wrinkled and they advised that they are not going to press it unless you have alteration. Really I just paid 200.00 dollars for a dress and if it does not need fix you are sending it out wrinkled. This is unacceptable and wrong. When you pick a dress up you should be able to put it on and wear it. Not take it to a cleaners and have it pressed. and they should not charge you for having it pressed. That is good business.

Jawea, the sweet girl helping us was the only saving grace today. Extremely kind and helpful. However, your manager Ashley is absolutely awful. Talks to her employees like crap. Practically ripped Jawea apart right in front of the bride, her two mothers, and 5 bridesmaids. Left the poor girl in tears. So unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not be back.
