I am completely appalled with the service we received today. The girl who was helping us, Jawea was amazing and the sweetest girl. She handled our larger party with ease. However, the manager, Ashley came out of the backroom and then proceeded to belittle Jawea about her not writing our information down when we were still in the process of deciding which dresses and colors we wanted. Stars: 0/10 Today was my first appointment for trying on Wedding dresses the first time. This was to be a special day about a hour into the appointment (They are suppose to be 1:30) and my appointment consultant acted like she was tired of helping me. While I still was looking for my dress she then proceeded to tell me it was my last dress and we could be done with my appointment or if I wanted I could go look around. The experience itself was fun. The workers were kind and helpful. The bathroom was crawling with bugs. Spiders, ants, grasshoppers, etc. some were dead just laying there and others were moving. Very gross. Otherwise the place was pretty clean.

This place is a joke. My soon-to-be sister-in-law took her dress here for alterations and claim they LOST it, with a month until her wedding. After showing them all the receipts, they acted like she was crazy. Come here at your own risk.

everyone was great except for mamnager michelle. i had my dress altered and it had holes in it afterwards and she asked if i was really going to make a big deal out of it... um yes! so they charged me to fix THEIR mistake. i called after i left to talk to someone else and Michelle answered. she said i was being ridiculoudsand then she hung up on me. i DO NOT recommened going here for alterations.

EDIT: David's Bridal reached me and I sent them an e-mail with more details. Turns out they said they "have partnered with our store team who have advised us that during your fitting you were informed that this request could not be made". In other words, I am a liar. This shop has been a nightmare to deal with! Such lack of communication within the staff. First they ordered the wrong dress in. Not only was it off by two dress sizes but also paid for extra length and it wasn’t even on there. Now I call to ask when I can bring my dress up to have it steamed and they are gonna change me 50$ because I didn’t have alterations done on it. Keep in mind when I picked up the dress they said I could bring it back in to have it done.
