Went here for my sisters wedding. All together we bought a wedding dress, 3 brides maids and a dress for our mother. They were expensive, we all needed alterations. None of the alterations turned out the way that we wanted and were over the cost it was said to be.

I originally had a great experience trying on and finding the dress for my special day. That quickly went downhill. I ordered my dress in July, 8 months before our wedding. Thank goodness I did because everything after was a mess. I didn’t get to take my dress home until the NIGHT BEFORE MY WEDDING. I got an email around October when my dress arrived, they ordered EVERYTHING in Ivory. The manager assured that some still look white it just is a different white... It was yellow tinged. Worst experience ever. Customer service needs some work. I’m not the type of person to rate people or give them a bad review but this was a disappointment. That’s because I was looking forward to this appt.

This dresses 👗 I tried in on needed to be washed they had a bad odour. The sales person was awesome.
I went with my daughter to pick up her dress. we waited at least 20 minutes at the desk before anyone came over. and someone only came over when i asked a girl if someone could help us. poor service after spending hundreds of dollars there. The dress is beautiful tho.

Unfortunately we were not greeted for our appointment for my 11 year old to try on bridesmaids dresses - it was quite evident that this was due to our LGBTQ status - I was not aware that they were not “gay friendly”, perhaps my fault for not doing any research first- but to not serve an excited young girl feels unacceptable to me, I am sad that my daughters were exposed to this awkward situation in what is supposed to be a time to celebrate.
