I had a terrible experience there. I didn’t know I only had two hours. My constant stood around talking to me for the first 30-45 mins. Then grabbed 3 dresses. I tried on the first and didn’t like. The second one was only a maybe. The 3rd I was not sold on because it was strapless and I told her I absolutely HATE strapless dresses but she pushed and tried so many things with this one dress. Exactly a month before my wedding my dress was a disaster after alterations since they had ordered my dress two sizes bigger than what was agreed. I know bridal sizes are weird and run different. But in this particular designer my measurements fit a 4 top and 8 bottom. So I was going to get the 8 for my hips and have the top altered to a 4. Somehow I got a 12. I had an absolute horrible experience at David's Bridal today. I walked in and had an appt. but I just had this weird feeling about the lady that was helping me. She showed us where all the dresses are to look at. Once i had a couple to try on she brought them to the dressing room and said here you are and walked away. She didnt help get me into any dresses. Horrible experience! Went with all the bridesmaids to pick out dresses. When they arrived, we discovered the wrong dress was ordered for the maid of honor and the wrong size was ordered for myself. The wedding is 10/13; my dress isn’t scheduled to arrive until 10/3 now due to the employees error. No one seems to care and thinks a simple oh sorry fixes the situation. DISGUSTED. Horrible business practices and much added unneeded stress for a bride to be! And zero concern from management.
Absolutely the worst experience in a bridal shop I have ever had! Not just once but twice! I gave them a second chance and have never been treated so rude in my life! When a member of my party tried to politely voice concerns that we had she literally closed the door in her face. Not to mention the fact that she works in a dress shop, take a shower for crying out loud. Customers come there to spend hundreds of dollars on dresses they shouldn’t have to deal with body odor. I will NEVER go to this location again!
I found my Maid of Honour dress in January and fell in love with it. I was measured and was told to order the size I had tried on in the store which was obviously too large in the chest. I thought this was strange but then said to myself they are the experts. Big mistake. My dress came and it was even bigger than the store sample. This meant alterations were required and again I thought they work with these dresses everyday so I should have them done in-house. Mistake number 2. Stay away from this store, the manager (Janet is what she said her name was, but she refused to show me a name tag) was rude and yelled at me, very poor customer service and a sad excuse for a bridal shop. Brides deserve to enjoy the planning process, not be treated like garbage by staff at a store like this!
I shared my budget with the "consultant" and she continued to bring me dresses that far exceeded my price range and vision. Then I received an email saying, I was chosen as a "Bride of the month", that included complimentary Mary Kay spa event for myself and bridesmaids..That was a SCAM!!!!!.a girl that worked there was a Mary Kay consultant and was using this to book personal parties for her personal business!! so tacky..would not recommend them and thank God, I purchased an amazing dress elsewhere, that was less concerned ... read more
Went to pick the best friends wedding dress and try ours on and sadly had the worst service at davids bridal by zona! It wasn’t about being under staffed or super busy the women was rude. She didnt bother helping and when asked questions literally walked away from THE BRIDE! Wont be going back there for the bridesmaids dresses, we will find somewhere else and they will hopefully treat the bride like this is the most special day of her life!
