If I could rate 0 I would. I asked them to take in my dress, they pulled the sides and clipped them then that was there measurement. When I tried it back on it was so tight I couldn’t breathe, I then disclosed I was expecting and they wrote it down on there paper which I guess is policy! They then took my dress back out and I had to pay for it l even though they took it in way to much. Couldn't return the dress that was too small. All sales are final so be careful. I needed to order a larger dress but to order it would have taken too long... So I ordered online... I'm screwed.
It’s a very low pressure environment, they aren’t there to make you buy a dress. They’re there to help you find what you want, even if you decide not to buy from them.
Purchased dress May 16th. I have been down( an hour away from home) 5x since and still have no dress and will never have the dress because it was damaged by alterations department. Have yet to have a resolution or refund and no contact from corporate for over a week!! Do NOT waste your time or money!!!
I just wanted to share an experience with the rest of you, so hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else! About 10 months ago I started look for my dress, I had found one at David’s bridal, they only carried it in Champagne they said but I wanted white. In order for me to see the dress I had to buy it. Taking the chance I did, I ended up liking the white a lot, however when I ordered it I told them I needed an size 8 they push and pushed me to go for the 10 so I took there advice and did. I took all my bridesmaids in June to pick out bridesmaid dresses. First of all, the girl who helped us was very rude and was assigned to 2 different groups of girls and paid little to no attention to me and my girls. All of my girls decided on the same dress which they all ordered that day. They finally came in this week and the girl ordered ALL THE WRONG DRESSES. I walked in today during a sale they were having. There were 2 other customers momentarily (1 that walked in ahead of me). Sales associates everywhere, many of which noticed that my mother, my daughter, and I were obviously shopping and yet not a single one stopped to ask us if we needed assistance or even a simple hello! Absolute worst experience ever! If I had not already spent countless hours attempting to receive a refund for a damaged dress and incorrect alteration package, I would happily go into detail in regards to all of their shortcomings, lies, and TERRIBLE customer service. I now have been in contact with corporate and things FINALLY seem to be getting resolved, but not without several calls and endless frustration. This is the last place a bride needs to deal with! We went in to look at bridesmaids dresses and were not offered any help. They gave their undivided attention to every other party in the store but we had an appointment. Told us to look around and never came back to check on us.
