Tell my daughter who is a bridesmaid to order a size larger dress than what she tried on. Now to have it altered is going to cost me just as much as I paid for the dress. Can't exchange it because they won't be getting her size until September now they dont k ow of they can have it done in time

I went shopping yesterday for a mother of the bride dress, I found one I liked but very disappointed as I was putting the receipt away since the wedding isn't until November I noticed the receipt says final sale. My dress I paid full price for it and was never told it was a final sale, if I would of known this I would of probably waited in case I find something else. If something is final sale normally the store will tell you this.

First of all there are 45 dressing rooms for David’s Bridal, this is a dress shop that is in the business of serving women with wedding needs. I find it ridiculous that not even half of the dressing rooms are being used in two different city’s and locations. During my two visits to David’s Bridal. I understand the value of appointments and all, but for most busy brides and busy working women appointments are hard to keep. We felt rushed and really not attended to for our bridesmaid appointment. Our salesperson Lida was juggling so many people that she was frantic and didn't seem to remember anything we asked. We didn't trust her advice because she seemed all over the place, and felt she was just trying to make a sale. At the end of the appointment she asked us to do a survey to rate her on Facebook and hopefully give her 5 stars because she needed Starbucks. We couldn't believe how out of tune she was with how unhappy we were.

Do not go there! My daughters dress wasn’t done on time. The alterations were hideous. Had to pick a different dress from the floor less than 48 hours before her wedding. So disappointed in them.

If I could give this particular location a negative rating, I would....From one bride to another or any future brides, DO NOT GO HERE! Starting off, I had booked a time slot online weeks in advance for the appointment. Being new to the surrounding area, I called a day before the appointment to verify their location only to find out they didn't have my appointment booked, so I made an appointment on the phone with an associate. Very unhappy with their organization with appointments, no one answers the phone, I do understand the associates may be busy but over an hour with no one answering not good customer service. The prices of alterations are astronomical and no one mentioned it ahead of time before appointment, never told me what I needed to bring until I was there. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know..

The staff really needs to be retrained in customer service. Constant interruptions by co-workers and customers standing around frustrated and feeling ignored and mistreated. The scheduler who sets up appointments for purchasing dresses for Bride, Bridesmaids and flower girl forgets to write down the Bride and they have to scramble to find the right person to help us which was terrible and a long wait.
