Very unhappy, as it seems most other customers are on this page. I ordered a dress and it came in the incorrect size. I t was then reordered for me however the dress came with only half the clasp to do up the dress ( other half was never sewn in). I was told that I have to drive an hour ( each way) where they will fix the dress, however offer no compensation for my time or gas money to drive there to fix their error. If I could give this place 0 stars I would and I never even stepped foot inside. To order a dress over the phone was a disaster and dragged out 3 months! (And still counting!) No one knows what's going on at this place and when I get married, I'll be sure NOT to deal with this location AT ALL !!
Treated terribly this morning. I was in a room that I was PUT in and then spoken to by another sales lady because “I wasn’t supposed to be in”... even though I believe she put the sign on the door AFTER I was already in there. Absolutely disgraceful. I won’t go back.....

The management and alterations departments are in cahoots to overcharge you! Crazy, psycho and violent manager! Elsie needs to be medicated- she's mean and a bully! Getting a dress last week was a great experience. We went to alterations today and the cost magically went up $50! For altering each shoulder less than an inch they wanted $80! The salesgirl specifically asked Alterations at the time the dress was purchased and today's appointment made what the cost would be. That $30 quote became $80 today! My consultant was nice and tried her best but the store didn’t have much to select from. I had found a bunch of dresses online I wanted to try on but when I showed up they didn’t have any of them in the store. The dressing rooms were also very dirty with stuff all over the floors.
Got my bridesmaids dress last week. Was impressed by how fast it came in, but my boyfriend picked it up for me because we live in bay city and he works I Saginaw anyway. He brought it straight home and I tried the dress on the be sure there were no issues. The dress was horribly wrinkled. Will most definitely have to have it pressed before the wedding. I purchased my dress in 2016 from the Warwick store. I could go on and on about how horrible that experience was. Nothing was ordered correctly & it was a mess. The consultant was not helpful and some other consultants stepped in to “help”. One consultant brought over the “dress she was wearing in her wedding” for me to try on. I went to David’s Bridal today to pick up my Maid of Honor Dress. I walked in to the store and three white saleswomen were standing there, one on the phone at the podium and the other two were talking. The two looked my way but never stopped talking to one another nor greeted me. But as another white woman came in after me they made sure to greet her and even ask if she needed their help!
