I would recommend because my sales lady was very helpful but they left the theft tag in my dress and I didn't need any adjustments to my dress so the next time I took it out was my wedding day. so I had a large theft ID tag sticking out of my dress. There was no way to take it out. I did take it back today to get it taken out so I could get dry cleaned and they acted like it was a normal thing.
When you pay over $200 for a "Mother of Groom" dress, you wouldn't expect to have issues! I had alterations done on my dress. I asked if I needed to try on the dress when I picked it up and was told no...everything was good. 5 minutes before the ceremony, I put on my dress and what do I discover...the security tag still on the dress. Madi provided great customer service and was very helpful. There was at least one style of bridesmaids dress I wanted my girls to try on that was not available which was very frustrating. Definitely not enough short style dresses for a location in central Florida.
Good place to go if you like being ignored and having to deal with a bunch of bitchy cunts!

After calling David’s Bridal I was advised to schedule an appointment to try on 5 bridesmaid dresses. I arrived early to my appointment on July 14, 2018. While walking to the fitting area with the consultant/stylist that was assigned to me and two of the dresses, she stopped to help a bride that was trying on a gown. We made an evening appointment for my bridal party to find their bridesmaids dresses and my mother’s dress and an appointment right after to find my dress, the bride. They seemed unorganized from the get go so we should have walked out then.. but we were excited so we stuck it out. Big mistake. We have a wedding second week of August. Ordered the bridesmaid dress middle of June and the dress was supposed to show up the beginning of July (the 7th). All except one bridesmaid dresses came in. The one that hasn’t came in won’t get to David’s bridal till August 3rd. Then has to be sent 200 miles to the other side of the state. Won’t be here till 3 days before the wedding which isn’t enough time if it needs to be altered.
Customer service is everything I got pointed in the direction of my size dresses then the sales girl went back to the front desk and stated visiting so I left and went to bridal gallery and got great service
