The staff was rude! They acted as if we were “bothering” them! They had me sign a receipt then she dropped it into my bag. I asked if the receipt was hers. She replied no. It’s yours and all sales are final! Umm don’t you think they should have mentioned that before accepting my payment! �����
We went for a bridesmaid dress appointment no one helped my bridesmaid thank god I was there to be able to get her the right sizes and keep her dressing room clean! �

The only bad experience is the temperature of the store. The experience is not as enjoyable trying on dresses if you are sweating buckets. But I did a lot of looking before we went knew what I wanted and walked out wishing 40 minutes.
They do to many scams. They scam over people a lot. Would not,recommend this place to a friend. Enter a contest they play dumb when you win.
Man if there were negative stars I’d vote that - this is the second time I’ve had to deal with this place for a wedding and it just sucks the fun out of everything. No beverages on the floor meaning no champagne - girls aren’t smiling or happy to help. Finally got what we wanted specifying must come in by certain date and once paid they let us know It’s not and no refunds, no credits, no help. Never seen a more sour face bunch of jerks in my life. Me and 2 of my bridesmaids came here for bridesmaids dress shopping after already purchasing my dress someone else ... I told our consultant what I was looking for and she told us to start pulling things ... they’re are so many choices it’s overwhelming! Instead of pointing us in the right direction we were just lost... she put aside 1 dressing room so my 2 girls were getting dressed in the same room .... good way to get to know each other I guess .... after that our consultant never even checked on us we walked right by her... read more
I was a walk in bride. As I was browsing through the showroom, I hear a man named Chris shouting at me. Waving his hands motioning me to come over to him very rudely. As a former retail associate, I felt as if he was the employee, he should’ve approached me and made me feel welcomed. I was approached again rudely by another lady. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming. I ended up taking my money elsewhere.
Horrible never again very unproffessional showed my bridesmaid and myself no attention. Very rude customer service. No help with sizes for the ladies at all. Minimum of explanation on what we had to do or what was needed if us. 6 staff helped another party and never gave us not as to much to 5 mins of there time. Told us she had another bride in process we had to wait. We only had a hour which within that hour only for 10 mins of help.
