David’s Bridal in Burbank is the WORST!!!! First, I went to pick up my dress and it was the wrong dress. Then was told, if I order the dress I want, it won’t arrive in time for wedding. So I had no choice but to get a floor model dress. Second, I went today to pick up my dress and found out it was only altered in the front not the back. I was told they can only alter the front of the dress!!!!
If I could give no stars I would. The day I bought my dress was fine. But when I went back to have it cleaned it was a nightmare!!! I dropped it off in the beginning of June and told them I was in no rush. They called me a week later to tell me my slip was in and I asked if my dress was done and they told me yes. I sent my mom in a few days later to pick it up. They brought the dress out and the dress was still dirty never cleaned but now it was covered in black hairs! I had the best appointment(s) with Natalie for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses, besides for one bridesmaid where I had a very incompetent worker to the point after an hour my bridesmaid picked her dress off the clearance rack! I of course had to order a new dress from the store so when it came in I was caught up in working and planning I ended up not trying on my dress until a week before my wedding. From start to finish of getting the bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding this experience has been terrible. I just picked my dress up from alterations today and I am incredibly disappointed. The only things I asked for where to have the straps tightened and cups added to the dress. They need to give better quotes on alterations. My Aunt bought her wedding dress a few months ago. We were told that the alterations would be around $300. We went for the fitting yesterday, and the cost had nearly doubled.
Save yourself from the frustrating company EVER. This is supposed to be a fun time! If you want to feel rushed, like an inconvenience and nothing be right when ordered, by all means shop here. While the Castleton store was terrible (the 5 times I’ve been there), Greenwood was marginally better if you must go!

First, a couple of days ago, I called David's to see if I can at least get it looked at to see if it can be altered before doing anything because of the fabric. They were rude and kept saying, "You need to come in October, its the perfect time. Just trust us." I said to them, "You're not listening to me. I'm not going to be told I can't get it altered and get a new one in October and it'll be too late because my wedding is on Halloween." I brought my wedding dress in 2011, bridesmaid dress 2015, going to another wedding and tried on a dress that gave me rash, the store told me to put ice on it�. Call customer care- the lady rushed me saying all she could do is give me 40% off and I have to make a purchase that same day. Needless to say- the dress top was too low cut.
