My mother bought a “mother of the groom” dress for my brothers wedding. Paid extra to have it altered, and then paid extra to have it done by a certain time. All was okay UNTIL she went to put the dress on at the wedding! They left the SECURITY tag on the dress! After my mom paid for it and altered! I called to see if there was some way I could get it off without ruining the dress and whoever answered the phone was rude, said there’s no way it could of gotten out of the store with it on (when clearly it did!) and acted as if... read more

Purchased my dress in the beginning of 2018 and was extremely satisfied with my visit. Fast forward, my wedding is in 2 months. I was told at the time of purchasing my wedding dress (it fit perfect, no alterations needed), veil, and jewelry, that I could bring my dress in a couple months before the wedding for a final fitting and to have the dress steamed complimentary. Called today to make that appointment (I live over an hour away) and was told I could only get the complimentary steaming if I had alterations done... read more

I think they're overworked one girl working on working on two girls she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off 7 girls didn't even have the dresses she wanted it was Chaos 2 hours and nothing got done when I went to get my dress not there I was pampered like a queen I had cheese crackers wine champagne and there was three girls to work on six of us when you're going to become a bride you should feel like a queen while you're trying to look like a bride

No communication whatsoever. Was never told how much the alterations were going to be, I shouldn't have to pay $170 or more to make a dress shorter.

I came in unexpected with my mother and children (who are older) to look at dresses. I was really disappointed at the attitude of the girl working the front desk. She did not want to help us. She stated repeatedly that there was no one to help me, even tho a consultant helping another bride said she would. I ended up leaving and finding another bridal salon who was more then happy to help us out. If I could give Zero stars I would. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at an establishment. Was in a wedding in June, myself and 7 other girls were fitted in February and bought our dresses at the same time. The day of the wedding, dresses kept ripping along the zipper and fabric (not in a too small kind of way, the fabric was poorly sewn) 5 out of 8 girls dresses ripped!! FIVE!!!! And considering the bridesmaid dresses were close to $200, without alterations or anything.. this SHOULD NOT have happened.. Anyway... ... read more

I have been planning my upcoming wedding for about 8 months now. I have been to this Davids Bridal in Tacoma Washington 3 Times during my process. I have never had a good experience here. But today was the WORST. I went with one of my bridesmaids to pick up her dress that was in. It took 4 months to get the dress and finally it was here. She took it into a dressing room to try it on and when she came out there was brown stains all over the bottom.
