I was told by sales consultant on 3 different occasions that as long as I ordered by the end of August, my bridesmaids dresses would be in time for my wedding on October 6. We went today, July 7 to order and was told they could not be in until November. They did offer an apology and suggested I change colors! Thanks to Bridal Traditions for saving the day!

Terrible service.. and the experience is awful.. just go to real bridal stores and you’ll see the difference! It’s just kids that work here .. they don’t know or care about ur wedding day or vision!

I ultimately ended up finding my dress and I am in love with it, however, my consultant Joan was not very helpful. She was no where to be found for a lot of my appointment. She just stuck me in a room with dresses and closed the door and left and I stood there confused about if she’d com back to try and help me get in the dress. Myself and my entourage were the ones zipping me into the dresses and straightening things. Their bridal consultants have way too many brides at one time so you don’t get one on one attention to find your perfect dress. We ended up going through the racks ourselves after she disappeared for 20 minutes. They also never asked price range, just started pulling random dresses. Didn’t buy my dress here

I have to say I will NEVER give my business to David’s Bridal again. I was so excited to go pick out my dress that I would marry the man of my dreams in. When I arrived at the store the lady at the desk placed me with a young girl named “Carly”. When she approached us she said “ go out on the floor , find any dress you like and let me know and I’ll grab it for you”. We started looking and found several dresses. I had an appointment to try on wedding gowns yesterday and was disappointed in my experience. I was sharing a stylist with another bride, which was totally fine. My girlfriend helped me in and out of the dresses the majority of my appointment anyway. I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't finding any styles that I liked, or if because the other bride being assisted was getting married much sooner than I was, but the person assisting me dropped me entirely and pulled someone different to take over for her. I went with my friend for an appointment for her to try on wedding gowns. The whole appointment seemed very disorganized. Also, while this is not location-specific, the variety of styles of wedding gowns is not great. Most of the gowns seemed very embellished, and all seem to cater to that preference. We left feeling unimpressed.

I’ve never given a negative review, but David’s bridal gave me the worst experience I’ve had as a bride. It was the first place I looked at dresses so I wasn’t planning to buy anything. I tried on quite a few dresses but nothing really gave me everything I was looking for. I tried to politely excuse myself and basically say no thanks, I’d like to look elsewhere.
