I have done so much business with David’s Bridal.. from purchasing 3 bridesmaids dresses to using them for my wedding. I was pregnant for a wedding this month and wasn’t able to use a dress I bought because it did not fit me. I went to return the dress.. with tags on it and I was told I couldn’t return it. Another bridesmaid in the same wedding who is also pregnant needed to return a dress of hers that didn’t fit and the Duluth store took her dress back and gave her a refund no questions asked! My aunt and I walked in around 10:30 on Saturday and not one person said good morning, hi or can I help you. We looked around for a bit and left. Rudest people ever. Also, not much of a selection, so I bought my dress online through David’s Bridal and it was cheaper. Rudeness is why people shop on line now days.

I was at the Morrow location on 07/02/18 to purchase a dress for my wedding the coming Saturday 07/07/18.I made an appointment online on the morning of 07/02/18 for a same day 1:30pm appointment, i received a confirmation and proceeded to the store. I called to confirm my appointment twice with two different consultants, both said the store was open July 2nd. They booked and confirmed my appointment for 12pm. I showed up on time, and a sign on the door said they are closed July 2nd. I came from out of town, with my mom, with my bridesmaids for this appointment, and I'm extremely frustrated and upset. If the consultants had know the store was closed, why book my appointment? Why not reschedule it? Overall, I am 100% unsatistified, and would like to speak to management.

This is my second time coming into this establishment and no one acknowledged my daughter and I waiting. We were here to pick up her dress for a wedding and both times everyone was walking pass looking at us standing at the counter area waiting to be assisted. Both times the manager came up to assist us. Overall the manager was very helpful but I think the other employees need more training in customer service.

I have never walked into a store and instantly got a terrible attitude from someone. I come into David’s often and i have encountered those having bad days but always friendly but I felt so uncomfortable today and all i was doing was picking up my dress. 6/30/18. Had an appointment at 10:30. The wait was only a few minutes. The had quite a few people scheduled at the same time, but they also had a lot of sales people. We started by going through the dresses on the rack and picking out what we like. They have a very large selection to choose from. She brought the dresses to the waiting area and we started. Absolutely terrible. I had a budget for my dress which I bought my dress for. We were not informed of the pricing that it was going to cost to get my dress altered even though the alteration cunsultant came put and saw how big the dress was. They just said that they could fix it. They didn't say anything about how expensive it would be. If I knew that the alterations would cost the same as the dress I would have continued to look at other dresses that were my size. I feel as if I was cheated out of money. Bought a dress a year ago. Never received. No refund or even store credit. I was advised to figure it out with corporate and UPS. What a joke. On top of that. When I ordered my wedding dress they did it in the wrong size. Worthless.
