I had my appointment today at David’s bridal in Monroe la. I made my appointment weeks before and I was very excited for it. Until I got to the store the sales assistant acted like it was just the worst thing in the world that she had to help me. She was not helpful at all and made it very obvious that I was taking too long . Several time I looked up and she had walked away, she then started helping another customer while she was still in my allotted time slot. My beautiful niece purshased a wedding dress from David's bridal. Her dress literally fell apart at her reception. Poor quality in their stitching. Their customer service is horribly. I feel so bad for my niece. I wish there was something I could do for her right then and there. I'm sure she really was embarrassed. Boo David Bridals�

My dress zipper became unstitched all the way down my back at my reception resulting in me having to leave. David’s Bridal wouldn’t reimburse me for anything, they said they’d replace the zipper but that’s useless to me at this point. What poor quality and poor customer service on such an expensive dress

So awful. I tried on bridesmaids dresses then at checkout couldn’t get the dress in time for the wedding that’s 3 months away. I kindly tried on more dresses, found a new dress, tried to checkout again to find that I couldn’t get that dress in time either. After paying for it. Which is a final sale. Eventually ordered on Amazon. Never going back here. Don’t do it brides, don’t do it!!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. My nightmare of an experience began when I went in with 3 Bridesmaids on May 5th to order Bridesmaids dresses. The girl who rang them up ordered every single dress incorrectly, which I didn’t know until I went to go pick them up and they brought out 3 completely different dresses. I had to reorder every single dress based on memory because every Bridesmaid was wearing different styles. I've called at least 3 times today to cancel my noon appointment, but no one answer's the phone. The automation system finally just hangs up on me after I have been on hold and says "no one is available to answer your call." I am glad I am not looking to make an appointment, i'd be really frustrated.

David's Bridal was our last stop of the day to find my dream dress. I had a feeling inside of me that I was going to find "the one"....but instead I left with tears rolling down my face after having a traumatic experience with an associate named Linda. I went here with the bridal party for my cousin's wedding, and even though we had an appointment, we still had to wait at least 30min, maybe longer, to get an assistant & fitting room. ONE fitting room for ALL of us to rotate into. There are no mirrors in the room, so you have to go out into the hall to look at every dress, and it was unbelievably crowded in the fitting area! Worst experience ever! If it wasn’t for Mycal we would have probably left. The 2 ladies that were working were so rude and didn’t want to be bothered at all. I wish I had gotten their names to call corporate on them. I may still go back and just find out to do that. I didn’t get my dress yesterday but will be getting it just not sure I want to get it from there unless I can only deal with Mycal. Due to the experience we had.
