Very snobby! Went in there with my future daughter-in-law and her mother and maid of honor. Said there was a 30 minute wait for clerk and they would let us know when there was one available, so we looked around. Well we were there about 40 minutes and no one came around. We decided to leave because no one said a word to us and on the way out the door there were 5 clerks just hanging out at the front, didn't say a word! Tifanie was so amazing and helped me pick out the perfect dress but Victoria I believe it was (that's the name on my receipt) didn't check for the security tag that was left on. I noticied it when I returned home. I then had to drive 30 mins back to the store to have it removed!!

Since day one everyone at David’s Bridal has been rude except for Sabrina in alterations. I feel like when my bridesmaids and I were looking for dresses we were being rushed. Also all the bridesmaids noticed that they were trying to upsize everyone. Now that dresses are coming in they are unable to schedule alterations because they are saying it’s too close to the wedding. *** UPDATE**** I went today to pick my dress up today!! Sonya was great, very apologetic and most helpful!! I found out that it was beyond there control what happened to my dress!! They have used my incident as a learning experience!! I ordered my wedding dress on 4/8/18. I was given a promise date of 6/25/18. The girl fitted me for the wrong size. I am a busy woman, so when I picked it up I couldnt try it on. 30 day return passed, was pawned off to not a real manager who said too bad. Went to make alterations appointment and got a phone call the day before saying they need $400 upfront. No thanks. Ive had it with this store and staff.

The absolute worst. Avoid shopping for your special day at all costs. I never received an email or phone call saying that my dress was in, so they had it shipped and left without anyone signing for it.. over $1000 and no communication. For my bridesmaids.. they ordered the completely wrong dress, one that they didn't even try on. Pros: I did end up finding a dress there that I liked and it was a reasonable price. Some of the employees were nice and fairly helpful. Cons: I was given misinformation several times. Quite a few of the employees were rude and unhelpful. The alterations costs almost as much as the dress and they were poorly done. When I got my dress back it was too tight on the sides and scratched up my skin pretty badly. I hadn't gained any weight from my fitting so that was not the issue. I went looking for a wedding dress last week without an appointment. I was put with a stylist who was clearly unhappy about having to help me. She never introduced herself, asked my name or what I was looking for or anything. She went to pull a couple of dresses I liked and came back with only one that was close to my size. She was gone for 10-15 minutes before coming back. Between each dress tried on, I stood and waited on her for the next. Incredibly disappointed in the attention we received from our associate. We rarely saw her. We had to go get the sizes we needed of the racks ourselfs. They did not have the size we needed in the style we wanted to try on. They had sizes much larger and smaller but not our actual size. Incredibly disappointing in my eyes for our bride.
