My daughter's wedding was on the 23rd of June. We purchased all of the brides maids dresses there (4 total) 3 out of 4 had to either be replaced or had the zippers fixed, incurring extra cost. One the day of the wedding the maid of honor (in an already repaired dress) had to be sewn into the dress because of yet another faulty zipper! I would have expected better quality from a well known bridal company.

It was a good experience for my sister once our sales rep got to her, however while we waited and tried to ask for help, the other sales rep ignored us, avoided eye contact or just walked away from us. The sales woman who worked with my sister gets 4 stars the rest get a zero.

This entire company is a complete joke!! Our bridal party ordered dresses from here after being fitted for sizes in store. When the dresses were in they were all marked with stamps saying final sale no returns or exchanges. Makes sense because they were special ordered. Only problem with this is that all 6 zippers on all 6 dresses were faulty! They were all getting stuck in the same place, and we were having to use needle-nosed plyers to get them zipped the rest of the way. 1 zipper was so broken and twisted that it caused a... read more

I felt more like a nuisance than a potential customer! I made an appointment to look at wedding dresses and the girl told me we had 90 minutes together. Hardly any dresses were pulled for me (maybe 4?) and when I expressed what I liked I kept getting told “we don’t have that”. No effort was made to go find anything. She kept leaving me to go “check on other clients” and I felt like she didn’t care at all about me. So upset scheduled a bridesmaid dress fitting for today at 7pm a few weeks ago and I go to head there today and see they changed there hours to close at 6pm when the hours were noon to 9pm.... I called and the claim they have no record of my appointment... so I said it’s not my fault and one of my bridesmaids is only here now till my wedding and this was the only time she could do it. So upset!

I’ve emailed you three times. You legit suck. My one and only wedding. You guys ruined my wedding dress shopping. You made me buy a dress bigger than I needed when the one in the store fit me. Worked out for you when the alterations came to $734 which is more than what my dress cost. This was after waiving a “rush fee” for another Bride right in front of me. You made my pregnant bridesmaid buy a dress two times too big for her. Her alterations came to $300 on a $200 dress. And nobody thought this was a problem until I went... read more

Update: So when I got to the store the store manager Yolanda ( Might be spelled wrong) was there every step of the way. The dress still wasn’t fixed to my liking and they did everything they could to try and fix it. They ended up letting choose that dress and start over or to pick a dress we had me try on for size reference (which I fell in love with when I put it on). Not the best experience at all. We made an appointment as my daughter was here from out-of-state (couldn't book for any longer). We spent the first 1/2 hour looking at dresses on our own. The lady that finally helped us basically said we have time for my daughter to maybe try on 5 dresses and that we would have to make another appointment if we wanted to try on any more. She wasn't the most helpful, brought dresses for her to try on that she didn't even pick out and left with an unsettled feeling. All around, it was a waste ... read more
