I didn’t realize that I needed an appointment. That was fine. The woman was so rude to me even explaining everything. I left in tears. I asked if I could look at dresses because I was just there for ideas and she said “No....our stylists are all busy” there was not one person in the store other than myself. At this point I walk out and leave. I am currently looking for another Bridal Boutique because this experience was shameful.

Arrived for a scheduled appointment a bit early, and it was very clear everyone was much too busy to assist us any time prior to the appointment time, despite the fact there wasn’t a single other bride in the store. Our consultant, Chloe, was not helpful nor friendly, and it certainly seemed that we were inconveniencing her. The hours were not changed on the website and I made 2 trips to the store on days they were now closed and at a time that was changed. I live over an hour away so it was an inconvenience to me. I picked out a bridesmaid dress, size, color and style. The dress that came in for me was the wrong color, wrong style and wrong size. Very poor experience with David’s bridal. I do not recommend unless you are planning several months in advance.

I went to David’s bridal to try on a couple wedding dresses with some of my family. It was a good experience and I found my dress that day. Upon going back for my first fitting, I stood on the pedestal for over an hour while a very inexperienced seamstress tried to pin my dress (in all the wrong ways) and had to keep asking for help. Don’t waste your time or money here! Ordered a $200 bridesmaid dress and it came with a huge stain! And the fabric wasn’t dyed properly so there are little white pieces under the lace that didn’t get any color. What am I supposed to do now!? $200 for this?!? Find someplace better than David’s Bridal.

My sister and I were in there today looking for bridesmaids dresses for my wedding in September. We were assigned to Josephine.
