People keep saying these people do a great job. This is completely false. Let me share my story. The measurements they took during my first fitting were wrong. When I came back for my second fitting, the dress looked HORRIBLE. The waist of the dress was brought all the way up to my chest under the breasts when it was supposed to be on my waistline! It made me look like I was a brick. I am 5”6’, 125lbs, and size 34D. The arm holes were made so tight that I couldn’t even lift my arms up. The panels in the front were distorted ... read more

Went to go pick up one of my bridesmaid’s dresses today and they shipped it to a random address..my wedding’s in two weeks... can’t wait to speak to the operations manager Amanda tomorrow to see how she’s going to get it back. �

If there was a 0 I would have chosen It. I went shopping for bridesmaid dresses with 3(yes only 3) girls. We had an idea of what we wanted but obviously were trying on different styles to see what would look good on who. I let my bridesmaids pick their style to fit their body types. When we got there, the lady “helping” us gave me an attitude because I wanted them to try on a blue and a green to see which I liked in person. Absolutely terrible service from every single person I encountered at this Manchester location over the past 2 days. Not one person was helpful. Although, from what I could see the future brides seemed like high priority & to be getting great service which is unfortunate to not make all customers your priority. If i didn't have to purchase the 2 dresses here for our event, I wouldn't spend a penny here and wont recommend it either.

Bought 3 dresses online with plans to keep best fitting dress. All 3 fit criteria for return but after 3 days of trying I am still unable to print the required RMA for the return and I’m nearly out of the 14 day window. I’ve also had no answer via email or via phone. Beyond frustrating experience and ZERO customer service. Will never shop here or recommend.

If I could I would give 0 stars! I had the worst experience with this David’s bridal!! I ordered my dress & veil 3 months ago, when my dress came in my veil wasn’t with it so I called & they tell me the sales person didn’t order it, that’s fine they ordered it & it should be here in more than enough time but when they shipped it to me they put the wrong address. Now my veil is lost with UPS & I probably won’t get it in time for my wedding! I called & they said oh there is nothing we can do. Do you want to order another’s one... read more

While my dress turned out nicely, working with David's Bridal's alterations department was not fun. They have very strict time allotments for various types of fittings and wanted me to come back on a weekday for my final fitting and to pickup my bridesmaids dress. I tried explaining that I lived far away (we obviously went to the DB closest to the bride) and was starting a new job and physically was not able to come in on a weekday, but they refused to accommodate me. I went to David's Bridal with my sisters who are my maids of honor for my wedding last night. After we ordered our dresses through House of Brides Schaumburg, it truly became a bride's worst nightmare. The dresses for my bridesmaids came in 3 weeks before my wedding on June 30 (after they told us 4-6 weeks before) and not only that, they were AWFUL to deal with.
