The consultant was very impersonal and made comments that were not at all encouraging to brides. She looked like she hated her job, and I felt rushed through the entire process. Picking out a dress for your wedding is supposed to be a fun and exciting process, instead I left feeling very frustrated and annoyed.

I bought a beautiful dress from David's Bridal. The people who helped me were fantastic. However when my dress came in the condition it was in I was less than impressed. It was so wrinkled and carelessly placed in its it's bag. When I commented on this they told me it would would be fixed during alterations. I am not getting alterations alterations and now have to pay someone to steam the wrinkles out of my dresser (looks like someone someone's let someone slept in it it's so bad).

I’ve always heard good things about David’s bridal, but mine and my sisters experience has been anything but that. For me personally, I was told by our sales lady that once my bridesmaid dress came in to the store, that it would be shipped to my house for free (I live in Florida and was visiting my sister in Missouri). I was called and was told that my dress came in and it would be $15 to ship it to my home, even after I was assured it would be free shipping. I had to reorder my bridesmaid dress 3 times. There were stains on them every time. I had to go to the wedding with stains on my dress because there wasn’t enough time to wait for yet another dress to get delivered before the wedding date. They would not give me any store credit or send another dress after the fact so that I can at least wear it again for a different occasion. No service recovery whatsoever.

Had an absolute horrible experience at my alteration appointment today! 1) The lady doing my alteration kept repeatedly telling me I was too skinny. 2) The price of the alteration was outrageously expensive (over half the price of what the actual dress cost). 3) Now I can't even simply exchange my dress because apparently it has to be exchanged within 30 days after you've picked up your dress, which is not clarified on the website or on any of the receipts. Thoroughly disappointed!

When I had my fitting my consultant double booked and made me feel like she had no time for me or my bridesmaids. On top of that she was rude and made it very obvious she was only interested in the commission and went to the groups where she thought she would earn the most money and completely ignored us.. the ones with the appointment. Not once but twice now this particular David's Bridal has ruined 2 of my besties wedding dress experience. Never again, and I will not ever recommend your store to anyone!!! ��

What an unorganized mess. I had an appointment arrived on time had to wait for my stylist no big deal. I picked out a few dresses to try on. Stylist finally shows me to a dressing room and says she will be right back. 10 minutes or more later she comes back and says she is gonna pick out a few more dresses for me. 10 minuets later she comes back and no more dresses. This place has went down hill since 2003. Very short staffed. My word of advice go in and pick out your dress and the size you need then order off their website.... read more
