Had very little assistance, although it was not busy and enough sales girls that rather gathered to talk amongst themselves, was not given the chosen dress to try on. Ended up going to a near by store (Silhouette Bridal) and found the dress, best customer service a soon to be bride can ask for, Sandy was the best at that location.

The store manager Yolanda was very rude right off the bat. Was disrespectful towards me and my daughter who from out of town. Thanked God for the rest of the staff Steven was our stylist he was awesome. My suggest is you might want to get a new store manager that has more customer service skills.

Beyond upsetting with the experience I had yesterday as part of a bridal party. I’m 6 months pregnant and a bridesmaid in a wedding that is taking place in February 2019 (I will be 3 almost 4 month post baby). I told the consultant when we met her that I would not be getting sized or trying anything on because a) I won’t be this size for the wedding obviously and b) as a first time pregnant woman I am not comfortable trying a dress on and was merely there for moral support. All employees were rude and seemed annoyed. When I called the “supervisor” was the rudest of them all and we will definitely take the rest of our needs for our wedding somewhere else.
Went in for a bridesmaid appointment, had to wait on ourselves as our attendant disapeared. We had to find our own sizes, do up our own dresses and it was crowed, disorganized and overall a poor experiance. We went in with the intention of ordering 3 dresses, walked out with none, even though we fell in love with 3. We will be purchasing elsewhere! Attendant was friendly and thats the only reason why we didnt walk out immediatly.

We were having a good experience, while shopping for my daughters wedding dress, Morgan was her consultant and she couldn’t have been better to us. Her dress and belt was paid in full that day. I think that when we left without making an appointment to come back to have her bridesmaids shop might have been the game changer. Very rude people, did a wedding and went through them, they sent a child dress, was wrong on order, would do nothing about it. Seamstress in back room is horrible!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Terrible customer service. I really wanted to love it in spite of being warned away by so many others and reading awful horror stories about this location. I actually went back 3 times. The third trip wasn’t as bad but all three appointments were a nightmare. Initially I was told they didn’t have any lace dresses (I found a bunch on my own) then was told that a bridal size 16 is “really hard to find” (big fat lie and the comment was made while eyeing me rudely head to toe). The first time I went there it felt like it was an inconvenience for me being there. Took a while to really get help. When I picked up the dress she had me sign for it. Didnt even ask If I wanted to try it on or get alterations. Customer service was lacking both times.
