David’s Bridal of Greenville has given me the worst dress shopping experience. They are rude and unprofessional. THANKFULLY JJsHouse, online, was the best and very quick. Went on a Monday, I was paired with Cindy, she put me in a few dresses. They were a size 22W. The top was the only part that needed to be altered and bigger as they didn’t have any bigger in my size. I was told that a size 28W would work. Went back on Friday and was told infront of my MOH and her mom that my measurements exceeds their size chart and in SITU... read more

The only good thing I can say is my daughter found a dress she liked. She and her mom hated the experience. She wanted me to come for the fitting so I took the day off and was RUDELY told I couldn’t be in the fitting room. Not a good way to treat a Dad with another daughter also planning a wedding.

I just went in to this store to get color swatches for my wedding party. There were multiple associates standing around. I stood there for 10 minutes before I walked out of the store due to the fact that no one even tried to help me.

I’ve been to this store a few different occasions and haven’t had problems until most recently. I am in two wedding parties this summer and I’ve had problems with this store on two separate occasions. First was when I was waiting for a dress to come in, I found out later that my dress had been there for almost a week and I had not been emailed or called and when I called the store to ask, I was told that they had been trying to contact me, which was obviously untrue as I had no missed calls, voicemails or emails in any of my... read more

Unprofessional and unacceptable business practices just to simply make a sale. I was lied to about my dress and delivery date. At time of pick up of a different dress they wanted me to accept a floor model that was stained ripped and nearly falling apart in areas that would appear noticeable. If you don’t want your wedding plans to be destroyed do not deal with David’s Bridal! Especially the Danvers, MA location!

I had the worse experience ever this is the 3rd time i have used David's Bridal and i will never go back my daughters dress is too small for her and my dress is huge so huge I can put it on and off with it zipped up. Just discussed with the people working there. They measured my daughter and her dress is too small. They refused to measure me and made up mesurements. David's Bridal you need better service and when you screw up fix it. It took 4 1/2 months to get my dress and it did not fit. They said I'd have to wait anot... read more

Shantal and Soroneda at the Colma David’s Bridal were so wonderful! It was my first time getting into any of these types of dresses. I thought I had an idea of what styles would look great on my shape, but they really hit the nail on the head. Shantal initially helped with my appointment because Soroneda had spent a longer time with another client (who by the way sought her out and was also very thrilled with her appointment!).
