- ordered dress online on May 23rd - no shipping confirmation received - emailed customer service 1 week later on May 30th to get shipping confirmation - received automated response 2 days later stating international deliveries take a bit longer and I need to wait - responded to email after reviewing processing and delivery times indicating I should have already received delivery confirmation and asked again to confirm - received the same automated reply so called the customer service line yesterday - advised by customer ... read more

Planned a special day with my two daughter’s, one is the bride Sunday. The salesperson for my daughter was nice and showed nice dresses. Everyone else were rude. One sales person would walk right in front of her door while I was standing there taking pics, there was more than enough room to go around. Once Jessica opened her dressing room door and the sales person was angry. Again she had the whole floor to go around. They were not friendly, once I was ready to pay the cashier had to call a manger twice. I waited in line for 15 minutes. A young lady was at the register on the phone and never looked up or acknowledged me. Later to find out she was a manager.

I’ve had issues with multiple David’s bridal locations. This was by FAR the worst. First they lost one of my bridesmaid dresses. Then they recorded one of my bridesmaids under a completely incorrect name. After an hour on the phone they finally figured out which paperwork was hers. Once paperwork was found I needed to actually pay for each dress and instruct individual shipping addresses. That took another hour. the worst experience of my life. I purchased a dress paid half cash and put the rest on my credit card. My perfect dress was ordered and all was done. So I thought! Get a call three weeks later telling me that they stopped making this dress. To come back to the store and get a refund. So I went to the store and they told me that they could not give me cash back, even though I paid cash. So they offered to place the refund on my cc for me, thought this would be faster! NOT! Not very happy at the moment with the customer service. I have called 2 times explaining why I have not been in to pick up my dress. I’m on vacation and let them know I would be in on the 9th was told twice they were noting the account 2 times! I called them twice ! I could have picked up my dress 3 weeks ago when I was in the area but did not get the call I was told I would get when my dress came in. I came in needing help with my bridesmaids dress. Lady at welcome desk was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. In an obviously annoyed tone, she proceeded to ignore my questions in whatever way she saw fit. It almost felt as if she was trying to get me out of the store as quickly (and rudely) as possible. I’m taking my dress elsewhere to get altered and I definitely won’t be coming here to shop for my wedding.

The customer service is terrible!!! The girls that work there are very snotty and rude . Then they can’t get the dress that all the other bridesmaids already ordered, so try and get me to ask them to change the whole style?? Yeah ok. Not happening when they have already ordered their dresses.. not to mention how they forget to tell you when your dress is in, then try and say you have 2 days to get it or it’s getting sent back.
