I actually arrived ten minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances and DB was very understanding especially in addition to me telling them I was no longer searching for bridal but bridesmaid dresses instead.

I ordered a dress and surprise, it's the wrong size!! was told that I could lose weight so I could fit into it better...wonderful customer service!! When I was the bride, my bridesmaid dresses came in the wrong colors and wrong size and too short, I will never reccomend you for dresses you have to order!!!!!!

Jennifer our consultant was rude and not helpful at all she made the experience horrible I guess because I didn’t wanna spend over $200 it wasn’t worth her time �

My future daughter in law was body shamed by one of your “associates “. Not only is this unprofessional, more importantly, it was shameful and disrespectful. I will tell any future bride to never shop in your so called establishment.

We walked into the store just to look at and possibly try on a few dresses for my mother for my wedding. The girl who greeted us was extremely rude and told us we could look but were not allowed to pull anything off the racks or try anything on without a consultant, and since we didn't have an appointment we would have to wait a while before we could try stuff on. I will start by saying, I have had 3 bad experiences in the store in Mesquite. I do not like to feel like I am not welcomed in a place. Everytime I go to the Mesquite store I feel that way. I have been told no by this store ALOT in the last year. The first 2 bad times I thought maybe it was just me but, this last time confirmed it is not just me. I was told by 2 of your employees to order 2 sizes bigger since I was pregnant. This is after I told them I would have the baby before the wedding I am in. They said oh yeah 2 sizes... read more

Cant remember who I had but doesnt matter since she told me she was quitting 3 days later. Drove an hour to find my dream wedding dress only to be adbonded after the wrong style etc dress was brought to me. No one followed up after the appointment. Wont be back.

Very unimpressed with the customer service I have received! All my bridesmaids have busy schedules so I have been in on numerous occasions with each one of them. First I was told that my girls would have until June to order, turns out that one dress that was ordered 2 weeks ago is apparently not coming in until 5 days before my wedding (but don’t worry she can pay extra for rushed alterations �). I went there with most of my bridesmaids to find their gowns and, when finished, we still had 20 minutes left to my appointment. I'm making my own dress and my mom was a bit disappointed at not being able to have the experience of dress shopping with me, so I asked our consultant if I could try on one dress to show my family. She said it wasn't normal protocol but still pulled a gown for me and proceeded to pull out some accessories for the dress.
