My sister and I went in there a couple of weeks ago to find some very elegant dresses for a Chaldean wedding. Not one single person offered to help us. We had a couple of dresses picked out each of them were over $250. There were 4 people standing behind the cash desks and only one customer. Not one of them looked up to acknowledge us. Unethical deplorable policy. They have no problem ripping off a kid!!!! Do not shop here until they re evaluate their policies.

I had a great experience at David’s bridal! The staff was very very nice and very helpful and welcoming, the young girl who took care of my mom and I Shay was awesome and very helpful!! I would highly recommend David’s bridal too any friend!!

Recently purchased my wedding dress and special ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses. No complains with the in store purchase of wedding dress, the bridesmaids dresses in the other hand... One of the bridesmaids went into the store to order the 3 dresses, and paid for them. Something happened when ordering and luckily she caught it as one dress was rung up and paid for but they never actually submitted an order. That was remedied, thankfully and she left. Two years ago today I purchased my dress here. I arranged to have the dress steamed, and had friends pick it up on our way out of town to the wedding. When I put on the dress for pictures before the ceremony, I noticed that it had not been steamed at all. It was completely wrinkled!! At that point it was too late to do anything but put on a smile and pretend it didn't matter. My family and friends were great, and tried to make me feel better, but it definitely hurt a little. I was helped here a few months ago, and a very nice employee found my wedding dress, and that day when I chose it the woman helping me quoted me about 200 dollars of alteration work would be needed. I understand no one can know for sure an exact dollar amount but she indicated that as a good estimate for what my dress needed, which was basically taken in and hemmed. I went to this location for my alterations yesterday, prepared to pay 200 to 300. I spent 60 to 90 minutes getting pinned and being helped by a very nice lady... read more

Just left David’s Bridal in Langley....WHAT A LET DOWN! Firstly, the selection was lacking. As mentioned in other reviews many of the dresses we had seen online weren’t available in store. My fellow bridesmaid and I were really excited to get our dresses. Not only were we met with poor customer service and an inept intervention by the manager; we were put in the same changing room. If changing in front of someone you just met isn’t your ideal icebreaker, I’d consider shopping elsewhere.
