Terrible customer service. Do not go there!!! They did not inform my fiancé and I that I could not try any dresses on until after I picked 5 out to try. They stated I needed to make an appointment and come back another day LOL. It was 620 pm and I was ready to try them on. They closed at 730. I love David bridal ,even when i got married in 2012 they are sweet on time and very professional, even alterations are sweet and professional now my sister is feeling the experience.

awful customer service. front desk was super rude and treated us like second class citizens. very sarcastic and condescending. would not recommend them for anything!! dont spend your money there.
Won’t be shopping here again. I came in to find a dress to wear to a wedding. The sign said all of the dresses I was looking at were on sale for $69.99. When I went to check out the woman informed me my dress was $129. I explained and showed her the sign but she said mine didn’t count because it wasn’t under the tag with red on it. Sign was misleading. She informed me I get $25 off after spending $100. Yesterday was supposed to include one of the happiest moments of my life (also, a little terrifying in the "oh shit it's summer and swimsuits season" type of way). I would have given them 5 stars but the Manager there is very Rude & Pushy!! She really makes me not want to even purchase my dress there so I dont have to interact with her ever again! If it weren’t for Emphress, Jennifer & Dontavius they may NEVER get business bc she is NOT the face or attitude a bride wants to deal with when going to do something so special and meaningful!! I had a very terrible experience here. The service was extremely rude. Did not get the orders right. Shipped the dresses off after having to call and remind them 3 times. I will never step foot in this place again. If I could choose no star that would be preferable.
