Not to fond of this place one bit, the associates all have the look on there face like there better than everybody else.. I went there 4 times and my person helping would disappear to help other customers, so what the heck is the point of an appointment!!!

I have never seen such rude sales associates in my life. Never will I step foot in that store again. Try treating your customers with some respect.

David's bridal is A HORRIBLE place. They have no sense of what the word customer service stands for. Everyone including the manager Abigail is rude. They work on commission. The first trip the girl that was helping us left and never did anything to help. The bridal party had to help each other get into the dresses. We had to pull our own dresses from the racks. They gave us a date of June 3rd that the dresses would be back. One dress came early and then told us the other dresses wouldn't be here until July 30th. The m... read more

Went shopping for my 25th Wedding Anniversary and I was not very pleased with the girl assigned to our appointment, she kept disappearing. Every time I came out of the dressing room she was no where to be found. My Daughter and Daughter in law were trying on dresses, we had to help each other. On my 4th dress that I said yes to, she was finally available. I'm hoping I have a better experience with alterations when I go. I sent my friend here because I had a wonderful experience in Joplin when I bought my dress years ago... You should feel very lucky this area gas nothing to offer. Your customer service is lacking and appalling.

I bought an expensive tiara from here and have not worn it yet, just took it out of the package. One of the pearls fell right out. I call to let them know, they wont even exchange it for a new one. All I want is the same one because the one I got is obviously defective. I really dont want stuff falling off on my wedding day, since it did just removing it from the package.

Making an online appointment was easy and convenient. I received a confirmation call a couple days before. It was the actual appointment that was disappointing. I arrived 5 minutes early for my 1:30 appointment and no one was available to help or direct me. At 1:30 someone finally asked me if I was helped. I responded that I wasn't but had an appointment. Worst customer service. They didn’t speak much at all. We left as soon as we realized that they weren’t going to be any help. Sad.. because I’ve always heard good things about them!

I’m one heartbroken bride-to-be! I went to the Conshohocken location yesterday with my MOH to look at dresses. The first dress I tried on was absolutely stunning and had myself and everyone in the store crying happy tears from how beautiful it looked. They had just gotten it in and it fit me perfectly like it was made just for me. I was so lit up and beaming from ear to ear because I couldn’t believe I found the perfect dress so soon.
