When you call and order a dress and are waiting for it so u call and check up on it and they couldn’t find it on the system and wasn’t ordered after the employee put all the info in and gave me a date it would be here and a total and than i ended up paying more for my dress and not the same one very unimpressed With the store

I purchased a veil here, was charged twice and sent two of them - and both are the wrong color and don't match my dress. When they were purchased, I was never informed they were "Final Sale" items and when I tried to return them and get a refund - I was met with attitude, and snarky comments that I should "know better". Steven E. you keep thanking people for leaving their feedback, but how does that help us? When you pay $180 for a bridesmaid dress and then $80 for alterations and it still doesn’t fit right? How is that fair to the customer that is expecting their dress to be perfect? Your team of seamstresses sucks and have no idea what they are doing. My daughter was in tears because of this crap. I have 4 daughters and NONE of them will ever set foot in a David’s Bridal EVER!

We’ve been waiting for this day for awhile. The consultant was very rude to the bride to be while she was trying in dresses even pushed her to the side so she can help someone else. Once she seemed to see that the bride really liked a dress she was a but better. We all loved the dress but decided to buy one somewhere else because of her. Not a great place and would not recommend David bridles to anyone

It was my first bridal fitting. The entire experience was ruined. Our stylist was rude and unhelpful. My friend actually helped me get in and out of my dresses. Laura didn’t help us at all and when she did... she was rude. Acted as though we were an inconvenience. I did not buy the dress I loved because of my experience here and wouldn’t recommend any bride ever go here. Lucky for me I had another appointment else where with the complete opposite experience and saved my day.

What a horrible experience. I booked my appointment a month out, they changed it with out discussing it with me. When I called them about the issue, I was told the system does that on it's own but they would squeeze me in. The day of my appointment, I definitely felt like I was squeezed in. The stylist was nice enough but didn't listen to what I wanted and kept showing me the exact opposite. After trying on one dress she had me in tears, and not in a good way. I left feeling horrible and defeated.

First time I was trying on dresses for my wedding and the girl I had (wont say names) made me feel horrible about my body type. She asked to see what I saw online that I liked they had none of the dresses. Then she was like go and look at the racks I liked only a couple.
