I have bought 3 bridesmaid dresses from David's in the past and have never had an issue. So, when it came time for my own wedding, this is where I brought my bridesmaids to shop. The initial consult meeting went well, although the consultant did not measure anyone. My bridesmaids chose between two styles of dresses. I am very disappointed in your company. The sales associate measured me wrong at the first appointment resulting in the wrong size being ordered AFTER I told them what size to order, I know my own body better than they would. When I went back to exchange my dress within a couple of days I had recently found out I was expecting so picked dresses that would be able to grow with me. Does it normally take a month & a half for a simple unaltered bridesmaid dress to come in? I was told first week of June. Now June 13. Wedding is June 24th. Very disappointed.

Purchased my dress here and the salesperson rushed me the ENTIRE time. May I add that I had an appointment which I also had to wait for when we arrived! It was not a huge deal, but the service just went down from there. Once I found the dress, the salesperson said that she was taking it away to have it checked for any rips, tears or broken zipper. Had a horrible experience compared to last time i was there .i had to grab my own wedding dresses to try on even though i had an appointment.i had to have another customer help me put on the dresses and she barely got me any dresses to try on. Even my maid of honor had to grab her own dresses to try on

Ordered my dress in March! I was called yesterday and told that my dress was ready for pickup only for my matron of honor to get there to pick the dress up and it as ruined. The dress was dirty and my trained was ruined. While standing at the counter crying the manager tell me it’s okay i do that everyday I’m in here. So aggravated, so mad and upset!
