My experience this past Saturday was HORRIBLE. I scheduled an appointment like a month out for 2:00 on a Saturday for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. We got there and signed in and the lady told us to browse dresses and someone would be with us. So we start just kinda looking, no one told us to pick dresses or how anything worked. We finally started picking some dresses to try on. We waited an hour and a half before someone finally asked if we needed help. Yesterday we went to David’s Bridal looking for Bridesmaid dresses. My daughter is the bride and had booked an apt for 2pm over 2weeks ago. We arrived early checked in we had 5 girls that needed dresses. Girls started to look and the sales girl they gave us Laura was rude. I had to ask for a chair for the bride (my daughter) to sit in while watching her girls try on. I have never left a review in my life, but this was just beyond horrible. Walk in, random child screaming, and the lady yells for Lisa “my consultant” over an intercom system. She comes over after awhile and asks if i have any pictures. I show her and she’s like ok cool, let me know if you find anything here you like, and disappears. There’s three small rows of dresses. The service was terrible. And then when we finally got service after we had to ask, the lady had an attitude about it and we had an appointment made so they clearly knew we were coming for a small party.

I came here to look for a dress for my 10 year anniversary party, the girls in the front desk were so rude. “You can look around but don’t touch or try on, you need an appointment for that.” I just walked out. Maybe they were or are understaffed it crates negative energy and negative way of speaking to customers. Unfortunately and fortunately I had to return for a friends bridmade dress the energy was different. I still felt rushed out of there.
