Highly encourage you to look for your needs at another boutique... a poor experience in two separate locations, then I go to pick up our bridesmaids dresses and see white dots on the lace part of the stresses and the consultant says “ya we only see that happen in the color you chose”... ok so wouldn’t someone say something prior to us selecting that color as a heads up... I gave them all back and said needs to be fixed ASAP! Completely shocked but shouldn’t...

I was just there after being pushed to make a hair piece appointment at a bridal expo even though I had a dress. I went in excited to use a coupon and find some good veils and hair bling, only to be asked if I even had an appointment. I was shown where everything was with minimal help. Later, I got a text from David’s Bridal saying “sorry we missed you! Let’s reschedule!” Just felt like I wasn’t a valued customer.
The shitty attitudes of the staff in this place will never make me or my family return. Let’s not mention my sisters dress is MISSING ! Horrible!

Very disappointed. Spent over 3 hours here yesterday. Finally found a dress, only to get up to the register and it ended up not being in their system, or it was a system error. I do not blame the ladies who work there, they were extremely helpful. But I am beyond upset. I had a price range and it was unable to be met. The warehouse offered two others but they were even more expensive and the first one was already cutting it past my budget. I ended up going elsewhere today, and finally have a dress.

I had my appointment today and it wasnt the best experience. They have lovely dresses. Seemed like we were being rushed and the rooms were kinda small.

This was the worse experience I had! I had appointment to get fitting and waited 30 min before anyway can see me ! Then when I need to get my dress 3 weeks later my appointment was 6 they told me 45 min to hour wait to just try it back on ! When I asked to just give me my dress they told me they never did it! Horrible experience. My mother made an appointment two weeks ago - she received multiple calls and texts confirming the appointment. When she arrived the staff began arguing about who would take care of her and stated that staff were sent home early and nobody was there to assist her. I will revise this to say, customer service was so kind and apologized tremendously. Best to try other David's Bridal locations in CT and not the Manchester store.
