Buyer beware. David's Bridal doesn't care about their customers. My granddaughter's mother purchased all of her bridesmaid dresses and her wedding gown at David's Bridal. The initial purchase was stressful enough (They didn't give her things she had paid for - like her bustle). Then, tragically, after she took her dress home their house burned to the ground. Bunch of young girls working at the Danvers location and no one came to help us although we had an appointment. We left after 10minutes of browsing. The girls to busy laughing at other customers, so high school.

I have had multiple bad experiences with David’s bridal. Hopefully this will be the last time!! I refused to use David’s bridal for my wedding because of past experiences. My older sister went with David’s bridal ( 4 years ago) and she got a completly different wedding dress 😳. 2 years ago my other sister used them for the bridesmaids dresses and the color was wrong!! Worst Bridal experience! Appointment was at 1:30, we were told to walk around while they paged our consultant which was fine. Over 10 minutes later, Tiffany appears. I tell her what I am looking for, and she pulled everything that I did NOT want!! After ordering my bridesmaids dress on 2/24 we have had reorder the dress twice. This time I was told that the dress won't be in until 2 weeks before the wedding, and they unable to rush the order, even though it's reordered due to their error. The sales women who "helped" the last time I was in the store told me that it is likely some of the issues with the dress are due to my larger size and they needed to use more fabric (if that's the case, why would they offer the dress in that size). When we came into Davids yesterday for our appointment at 10:30 our consultant gathered my information. I had brought in my mother and my sister with me and our consultant never asked who they were or what their names were. When she was showing us the “showroom floor” she had her back turned to my mother and sister the entire time which made them feel like they were unwelcome to the appointment.
