Our experience at the Nashua, NH location was HORRENDOUS. The first issue, and biggest was the fact that the employee (Gail) helping us made some very innappropriate, rude comments about one of my bridesmaids chest size (or “girls” as she put it). She is a bustier woman, but to make comments about how it “may be hard to find something to fit them” is uncalled for. She simply could have said “Let’s Work to find something that will look good on everyone”. Then, we were told “choose some dresses and try them on”. NO help outsid... read more

Word of caution for any one using David’s Bridal- I picked out my dress a few weeks ago and put it on layaway until I had the money to pay it off. I originally tried it on with a veil, but wasn’t 100% sure that I wanted that veil, and decided after that I didn’t like it. I put the veil on layaway after talking with the store clerk, because she told me I could remove it from the layaway and would only pay 10% of the veil cost as a forfeit fee. A month wait for a dress. Okay, but wrong size. No time to get the proper one sent,though. You can't order dresses using pants size, either. Then why did my bride show up with a trumpet crinoline for a ball room skirt ? You guys are buying into a woman's special day, have you no pride ? And, dang. $10.95 for the bag ?? For real ???

Super disappointed and beyond stressed and upset . With the fact that I felt rushed and invisible while I was at a David's bridal here in Austin Texas picking out my wedding dress I'm assuming because it was prom season and height of engagement season but after the fact I still stayed due to David's bridal's name and high reputation which it did not live up to I purchased the dress they ordered it online it took 5 weeks to receive it I picked it up and in less than 24 hours I call to return it any and everyone has told me NO... read more

The only reason I’m giving his 2 stars is because the new store manager, came in an saved the day. The moment I walked into my appnt, the lady who was assigned to me to help from my maid of honor dress was a joke, I don’t even know her name. She never told me, or my party. She asked my sizes and color, showed me my room. And that’s all I saw of her. So I had an appointment at 5 pm for my bridesmaid fittings and we were running late due to traffic so I gave them a courtesy call to make sure it would still be ok to come and whoever I spoke with (unfortunately I didn’t get a name) told me it was fine and to just come at 5:30.
