Beautiful dresses. Staff need to listen more to what the customer would like. We found a lovely dress, but I chose it. Lol My gf loved the dress! Would she return? Probably not.

I will never refer anyone to David’s bridal! I bought a dress from them and I went in for alterations. My dress was clean when I released it to them for the alterations and steaming my dress. I get it back covered in black stuff! I pointed it out to them and they said they would clean it, I come back 30 minutes later and it was even worse! MORE stuff on the dress. My dress is pretty much ruined. Never again. Waste of money! I have contacted customer service waiting to get a response.

I had an awful experience here and it was a waste of time. I made an appointment which turned out to be useless because all that happened was I was told to pick out my own dresses with no assistance or guidance after describing what I was looking for. It was also extremely hot in the store. I was literally sweating while changing which was super uncomfortable. I needed help finding dresses in different sizes but could never find my helper. Have have a terrible experience with the store so far regarding the fitting/alterations. Daughter bought her wedding dress one year ago, and was directed to purchase a certain size from alterations staff based upon the fit. We have now made 3 trips for alterations, and the last visit (3 weeks from the wedding) was confronted by the incredibly rude and unprofessional manager. At the Asheville store I had a wonderful experience buying my dress! I was told at the time my alterations should cost $300. I had my alterations done at this raleigh store due to location. Unfortunately, I had an awful experience. I was very sad that there was such a difference between the two stores, and the company decided to not take care of their customers. So disappointing. The women who helped me find my dress, was the sweetest little lady in the whole world. I loved her. Which leads up to alterations. A complete disaster. The dress was too big, but instead of taking it in, they just built up the top with two sets of thick cups. Truly disappointed in the service at David’s Bridal. I received a text to let me know my bridesmaid dress (paid in full) had arrived. I was told i had 7 days to get it. After only 2 days, i found out they had INSISTED another bridesmaid (from the same wedding) take ALL of our dresses with her when she went for hers. How DARE they FORCE someone to take the gown i paid for without my consent!!! I will not be returning there for my alterations. This is very poor service.
