DEPTFORD DAVIDS BRIDAL IS A DISGRACE. I wish I could rate them negative 100. They don't give a shit about the delivery of customer service. They make a mistake on their end and refuse to help you at all. You don't care about anyone but your sales goal number and refuse to strive to help guests resolve a problem. My daughter and I went to this location tonight to shop for an upcoming event and your staff could not have been nicer, more pleasant, or attentive to our experience. When I went to the front to pay, the clerk could not have kinder; I saw that you offered a Military/Veterans discount and so I showed my ID in order to receive it. All around a Terrible experience. My bridesmaids spent well over $2000 there for dresses mind you I have 9 bridesmaids and 2 flower girls. My sister ordered her dress 2 times and they were dirty and shitty. So finally after 3 dresses we got it back and it was fine. Ordered my nieces dress and it was the wrong size and style, so we order another one April 1st and now there saying it won’t be in till July 27, 2 weeks before my wedding and she has to have alterations. I echo all the past several post on the store being over crowded compared to my experience there several years ago. My service rep was decent, although she ordered one dress in the wrong size for a bridesmaid dress, despite us being very clear what sizes the girls needed. Mind you, all orders are non-refundable and that particular dress has a lead time of 5 months, so it would not have been a good ending if I had not caught the mistake and revised the order. Went there this past Saturday with my 2 sisters and mother. We were prepared to be ordering 8 bridesmaids dresses plus junior bridesmaid and flowers girls dress. To say the customer service we received from Brandon was less than would be an understatement. He didn’t help us get dresses, find sizes and the bride has to dig through the shoes to find her size. He sat and talked to the MOB the whole time about how he gets bad reviews all the time. Needless to say we did not purchase. Basic customer service will go a long way.

Wish I could give them a zero, they were so rude when i brought in my dress that wasnt bought from them and told me they could not alter it. Very poor service. I made the appointment months in advance and had told them i bought it offline, and they still refused to alter it just stating "its policy, and I dont care, not going to worry about it". I wish i never would have had my bridesmaids get there dresses there, tereible company.
