We spent forever trying to decide between two different bridesmaid dresses and had finally decided on one. She brings us to the cash and we are ready to pay and then tells us she made a mistake and that we can't get the dresses we had decided on because they are discontinued. Wasted our time. And got our hopes up.

This place has been nothing but a headache from day one. The tiny bit of money you save going through David's Bridal will never be worth the kind of crap we've been through. Let's start with my bridal appointments: they ordered the wrong veil for me and over charged us for it, then tried to force me to accept the wrong veil saying that "I didn't know what I was talking about" when I had photos, and I was neglected my entire appointment. I encourage you to look elsewhere for your bridal needs! Upon entering the store today stood 3 employees behind the desk, one asks “how can we help you?” I respond “we are here to buy a sash for our flower girl”, one of the consultants asks the other “could you please show them where the Sashes are?” One consultant replies “I’m not punched back in from lunch yet”. I had a terrible experience at David’s Bridal today while picking out a bridesmaid dress. The attendant, Michele, was rude, dismissive, unavailable, and made it an awful experience for me. She also took my measurements without asking first, which is very uncomfortable- a stranger should always be asking for consent to touch another person, especially a customer. Warning! You will receive good customer service when buying your dress but that is it. Communication from the store on when your dress is available for pick up and the process for picking up the dress left a bad taste in our mouth. Praying that all is well with the dress because if not we may have big problems. So sad that such a happy time is tarnished by poor customer service.

See negative Yelp reviews on this location before you go here, they are all similar to my unpleasant experience with the sales staff and manager. This is a special occasion and you can find a better experience easily than you will at this David's Bridal. Buyer beware.
