The service is horrible!! I stood there waiting for 5 minutes while a group of consultants spoke to each other about personal stuff- my poor dad was standing there on crutches two weeks post op and they did nothing. When she finally looked up to acknowledge me she said can I help you? Awful experience from the start. Avoid the place. The only good thing about DB is the prices are decent for bridesmaid dresses. We arrived to our appointment and it was a zoo inside. Packed with people. We were told to wander and start picking dresses and our consultant Hannah would be with us shortly. Well let’s start by saying that my experience was not what we ( the bridal party) thought it would be. We got there in the morning for our appointment we check in. Instead of asking how you spell my name they just wrote it out the way they wanted to, almost 98.5 percent of the time people ask “do you spell it with a K or a CH” instead they just wrote my name on a card wrong... Worst experience ever!!! The consultant was very rude , not friendly , unprofessional. She didn’t offer to hang my dress, she didn’t offer to help me put my dress on . I had to ask her to help me and then she did and left the stall, came back to tell me they don’t sell bra’s in my size. Didn’t even offer to help me take my dress off just left the stall and didn’t come back until I was leaving at that time I told her I was pissed and very disappointed. Will never go back there again !!! So damm unprofessional
So excited to pick up my dress and Crystal sash yesterday, Saturday at David's Bridal. Drove from Stockton to Modesto to pick it up first thing in the morning and was just handed it by one of the staff there. Drove back home to Stockton so excited to see it and when I unwrapped the hundred and $50 rhinestone sash belt that really makes the dress I was disappointed to see that there was a large Stone missing from it. I wasn't going to say anything because being in a wedding and planning my own (mostly reception) at the same time is stressful enough, but after the experience that one of the bridesmaids had today, I will not remain silent. If at all possible DO NOT GO HERE to get your dress!!! They are horrible!!! They do not care about their brides and their needs at all. I bought my dress almost a year ago there and have been trying to get alterations done from them for almost 4 months and still don't have my wedding dress. My wedding is in about three weeks... They ordered me the wrong size in my dress and the straps were messed up when the dress finally came in.
