I feel like my experience is a rollar coaster ride here. With every up there are like five or six downs. My consultant was nice but had the wrong date for my wedding on her paperwork. I gave her the correct date. My wedding is being rushed because right after we got engaged, my father was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer so in general i have a "lets just get this done" attitude as i have a milliom things on my mind. I had never been treated so irrelevant in planning for my big day. When I set an appointment for my bridesmaids to try on dresses they "lost" my appointment but got me back on the schedule. When I got there, there were busy but it was beyond packed. I was only given 1 dressing room for all my girls and the girl helping us was also assisting another group if 6+ ladies. I felt like I was in a closet. I didn’t feel like a bride or did they make me feel like one. I felt like I was more of a bother than anything. When I told them the style I liked, they acted like they didn’t have anything for me. After trying on 5 dresses I left. It was a waste of my time.

I am apart of a wedding party and we came in today and was not helped at all! The one girl that was helping us got called to the back only to not return. We love David’s Bridal and it’s actually a tradition to get all of our dresses from you! I can’t believe the amount of discrimination that was showed today! We got whispered about, pointed at and flat out terrible service! We will not be back at this location and to be honest probably ever at another David’s Bridal.

When I went there it was great, but then I was giving the wrong size dress. Then informed that they can’t do anything I’d have to pay to get it resized on top of giving me a dress two sizes two small they lost all of my bridesmaid dresses. Then they tell me they don’t know what they look like so we need to go and find the dresses that they are. A place like this is suppose to make it better for your wedding, but not me I had to make my dress fit because I will not pay someone who messed up my dress to fix their mistake. I wi... read more

Worst experience ever. The girl I had took off every time I came out of the dressing room I hate to wait for her. I was very misformed on the layaway situation also. The wanted to sell me the dress I tried on with spot cleaning it...... Because they needed to replace it with a new one from thier warehouse..! there were maybe 10 dresses for $99.00 and all over a size 18... Should have had more of a selection as the fake ones online you cant get!

It was a very disappointing experience. I made an appointment around two months ago and it was very bad service. The attendant that was supposed to help said that she had to go hang up some dresses, so she left us alone and would only come to check on us briefly. Then a few weeks ago I visited the store again this time with no appointment and it was terrible. They were very rude and there were no fitting rooms available and they told me that I would have to wait over two hours to get a room. Today I made an appointment agai... read more

Today I said yes to the dress.... at Bridal Ellegance. Seriously, David’s Bridal employees started off the appointment the wrong way when we entered and were rudely told “just stand there and wait” as if we were going to start running through the store or something. When we finally were allowed to leave the entryway, we talked to a woman who told us we were early (which I knew) and that our consultant wouldn’t be clocking in until noon. I went in here today to order a bridesmaid dress for my sister in laws wedding. There are 6 bridesmaids and one junior bridesmaid. This was suppose to be a quick trip just to order the dress we had already picked out awhile back. First when we walked in our appointment wasn’t even in their books.
