Worst experiences of my life!!! I wont go into all the details, but I will say this...once I told the sales person I was on a budget and wanted to keep my dress under $1000, she walked away and started helping someone else. This bride clearly stated that he was paying for it all so she had no budget. Apparently that was more important. 2nd time waited over a half hour AFTER my appt time to be helped, and she lied. Dresses we ordered dont come in the colors we ordered. I have taken my large bridal party elsewhere.

I have mixed feelings about this place. Our bridal attendant was absolutely amazing and friendly. She was also knowledgeable about the issues plus size women face even though she was not plus size. That's the only reason I gave more than 1 star. I picked out a dress that fit me perfectly and needed no alterations. I literally had the dress on for less than an hour and without snagging or pulling of any sort, the entire left side of my lace came apart from the seam. Their service is the worst I have experienced ever!!!! 4 girls working, no one even had the kindness to ask if we needed help, but 5 minutes before they closed, they came to let us know that they were closing the store in 5 minutes!!!! So, before we left the store I asked to talk to the manager, she said she was sorry and we could make an appointment. Well, if you know me I was very polite and said, “No, thank you, I would rather go to a different store.” �����

I took my maid of honor in to look at dresses and it was a terrible experience. Our stylist acted like because we were not looking for bridal gowns, we were not worth her time. They didn't have any of the style dresses we liked or even of the colors we were looking for. As we tried in the few she did pull, she sat on a shelf and acted bored. She didn't even attempt to find us something else after we vetoed those 3 dresses.

I scheduled an appointment for 6:30 pm this evening to receive some assistance finding a dress for my daughter's wedding. I arrived 15 minutes early and at 6:45 pm I was told I just needed to look around and when someone was available they would come assist. I booked an appointment, someone should have been available! At 6:55 pm., I left the store. Very disappointed. I found a dress at Dillard's for much less. Thanks for the poor service, I saved a bunch!

25+ min wait to see if my dress was altered correctly after paying almost as much for my dress as alterations. The dress size was ordered wrong & i was talked into not reordering a smaller size bc alterations were not expensive (per bridal consult). $135 to pay to have inches taken in & up.

Bernadette was great. She helped me out with my wedding dress and I highly recommend her. I felt a pressured and made the purchase. I called first thing the next morning and tried to cancel the order or even hold off the order for a couple of days. Nicole the manager who has no management experience was rude and won’t refund my money. I always heard bad things about David’s bridal and now I know why.
