Came to the realization that i could of had my wedding dress shipped to my address in 4-9 business days, yet to ship to the store it takes over a month! At the time of ordering my dress along with my bridesmaid dresses at the store i failed to realize this fact. No one at the store told me this either even though they knew that i needed it as soon as possible. If I can get it shipped to me so quick from your warehouse why would it take over a month to get it shipped to the store! This makes no sense. I am so upset with this ... read more
I have had the worse experience here from the beginning... and it just keeps getting worse! The lady with the accent is RUDE AND NEVER SMILES even when she greets you, and they can’t get the dresses logged in correctly..., one more dress to get in and altered and I hope I never have to do business with this establishment EVER AGAIN... this has been a nightmare

Wasn’t given an option to order a dress in my size. Was told these were the only options but it wasn’t the case. Another girl got to order hers in her size. The list literally goes on. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Hire new staff and properly train them is all I can say!!

Back in October last year I was desperate to have my wedding cape from my wedding in (2000, bought from David’s Bridal) cleaned for my Daughters fall wedding. We had all forgotten about it. I called David’s on Bardstown Rd to see if they could help or recommend where to get it pressed. They said bring it in, and they would see if they could get to it. Worst experience ever. Felt rushed, very pushy, did not listen to.me at all. Told me if I didnt order now my dresses would be be in for my Christmas wedding. Then ordered and got a date of July... then one dress came already they did not tell me you have to pick up the dress in 7 days. I got a call last night explaining if I didnt ger the dress by the weekend it would be shipped back.. worst part the dress is paid. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

So I had an appt at this location and I live an hour and a half away. I was going to arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so I called and asked the associate my appt was with if that was ok and she said yes. She measured my 3 girls then got their dresses to try on then disappeared for 10 minutes. I told the girls to take off the dresses because I knew what I wanted already.
