It was a terrible experience, my niece consultant was not attentive! She kept walking away and wouldn’t come back till about 15 to 20 mins at times! We came up with the dress we all agree and when we get to the register is when the nightmare really started, out of 6 girls only 1 was going to get it in time and the wedding is in July! Really?! Horrible! They need to work their system, rhythm and professionalism a little better!

I had a terrible experience with Karen a bridal consultant. She left me in my dressing room alone, no help with zipping/unzipping my dress. Scoffed at my budget and was overall very rude and inattentive. I watched all the other consultants happily helping their brides as I stood alone hating all the dresses provided to me. As for my girls, she gave me ONE dressing room for two girls until we finally asked for a second one. She offered other customers $20 coupons but not us. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. I have to say that this may have been the worst customer service I have ever had. I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. The girls and I arrived and were greeted with an ummm we will find someone to work with you, like they weren't expecting us. Then we were given the 1 minute speech of this is where you should stay to look for dresses and we were left to claw through racks of dirty dresses, many were ripped, claps and zippers broken. After receiving my email today that my order had arrived, I called to schedule a fitting for alterations. I was told by a young lady claiming to be the manager, that they were not able to do alterations in time for the wedding I am in. This came as a surprise, because at the time of ordering, we switched dresses because we needed delivery with time for alterations. Terrible service! Dirty ripped dresses! No help during schedule appointment. Excuse after excuse! Never again!

Don't even bother coming here if you don't have an appointment. Treated like crap, and we just wanted to look at dresses, not even try them on. Told by one of the associates to not even touch the dresses like we were children. Not impressed, and will definetley be taking my business elsewhere. Newsflash you work in a chain bridal store in Appleton, WI, were not at Kleinfelds in New York on an episode of Say Yes to the Dress.

This place is dysfunctional and so very unprofessional and unorginized . they made us stand around for 30 minutes and was helping people just walking in , it was so rude they kept telling us Kaylee was gonna help us next and then they would send others to her first . then I got mad and they finally helped us . I have 4 daughters we will be going elsewhere for our dresses .

Worst place we’ve found so far. Didn’t get the appointments right, told my fiancé they didn’t have a certain dress, and then saw a lady trying on the very same dress a while later. Will not get any of my money, and to think you came recommended. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. Disappointed to say the least.
