So. Apparently calling ahead and making an appointment for one on one for a bridal party means the associate would have to split her time with another bridal party. Not only that, but we were so rushed on getting out of there. The associate was kind of rude, telling the bride..who had an idea of what dresses she wanted, that she couldn’t pick a certain style because it didn’t come in a certain color. I was pleased with our consultant, she was very nice, but left us to work with a bride. My problem began when we were never asked what our budget was which led her to pull a dress over our budget and not in our size. So, not only did I spend more than I planned, I have to spend extra to get it altered to actually fit. Once she fell in love with the dress I couldn’t say no. Will not shop here again and next year we will go to Boom Babies for our senior prom dress.

I’m so very disappointed in the way my alterations appointments have gone. Here we are 3.5 weeks before my wedding and I had my 2:00pm appointment scheduled since the last month. I show up right at 2, was taken to the back where I sat for 40 minutes because I was informed that my dress had difficult material and still needed to be steamed. 2:40 I FINALLY get to put my dress on already frustrated. No one called or emailed me to let me know that my dress was ready for pick up....I had to call & find out & they said I had to pick it up by tomorrow or it would be sent back. When I said that no one called me all the girl on the phone said was oh!!!!

Felt like a fat loser bride after dealing with alterations here . After two tries . I was misled and didn’t end up with a dress . Humiliated. The manager and sales clerk Hayley were very sweet . But the entire process of dealing with getting a dress was a complete disaster . 3 weeks until my wedding and now I don’t have a dress.

Very disappointed. My mom bought me a dress from someone that bought the dress at David's bridal never worn. I called to see if they would do my alterations seeing how it is one of there dresses that still had tags and they can't because I'm not the one who bought it new from David's bridal. Am I being punished for buying one of there dresses from someone who didn't get to wear it? It's business at the door and they turned it away. Will not shop here again. Have to find else where for bridesmaids dresses as well.
