She even made me come into work 2 hours after my grandmother died (and denies she did that). My fiancé made an appointment to try on different styles of wedding dresses to see what would work better with her body type. When she arrived she said there were multiple people at the host stand discussing who would be going home. She met with the first consultant, whom she said was very nice and listened to her about what she was looking for, but the first consultant left, and a second one showed up. My wife was getting her mother of the bride dress it can be over welming I think for anyone but the staff helped my wife since our daughter is getting married on the beach so the dress had be light and also nice looking ..I thought we would be there all day and dress would be $$$ but it all worked out and the price wow We were very impressed .. great service great staff

Worse experience ever! Started off by not checking me in so now I get an email saying sorry we missed you. Consultant had no clue what she was doing as far as a wedding appointment, would have been better off with one of the hundred other teenage girls who where there for prom dresses. She didn't know her products or stock. My matron of honor had to track down the dress I saw online using another consultant. She had no expert knowledge as I would expect a DB employee to have. I am a bridesmaid. The bridal party was rushed be finished by 3:00 p.m. and we weren't scheduled to be there until 3; we happened to get there early. I was fortunate that the 1st dress I tried on fit very well because that's the only one I had time to try on. If it hadn't had fit, I would have had to come back by myself to find other a different dress.

The customer service is very lacking. I made an appointment for my bridesmaids to get fitted. Our "style person" seemed incredibly distracted and had to keep asking repeatedly what dresses and colors I needed. My bridesmaids felt more like an annoyance to the style person and I felt like we weren't important. The only reason we didn't walk out is the style of bridesmaid dresses I wanted is only sold at David's and my Mom fell in love with her mother-of-the-bride dress there. Not a fan. Came with my future daughter-in-law and her bridal party (which included my daughter who has Down syndrome) to look for her gown and also bridesmaids dresses. The consultant was less than helpful, and acted like she’d rather be anywhere else but there. She was MIA more than she was around. At times she seemed annoyed by questions.
