One month out from my event, and I still don’t have my gown that the store ruined. Both the store manager and alteration manager at Store #52 did not effectively communicate, and it is showing. Corporate could care less. I have called corporate and left a message and never received a phone call back. This experience had been horrible.

Today was such a disappointment! I made my daughters Prom dress appointment over week ago for 2pm. We intentionally arrived early so we could look without a consultant hovering over us. So we were able to look. We found a few dresses we liked. The greeter knew we planned on looking and when she saw we had a few she asked if we would like to begin our appointment early. First of all, They changed their location since I was last there. I walked in and was amazed at the size of the store Everything was organized perfectly - even color coded. and the prices were reasonable and I thought they would be exorbitant! The dress come in different sizes! The woman who helped me, Maria was so nice and very patient! That’s exactly what you need! All in all I had a great experience! In fact that’s where I went to get my dress for my daughters wedding!

The ladies at this David’s bridal do nothing to help brides with stressful situations. Crappy attitudes and they make you feel like they’re being bothered. Hire better customer service reps who actually understand what this day means to your customers, or better yet stop over scheduling appointments and making brides and their bridesmaids do most of the work... what’s the point of making an appointment with a “consultant” when it’s actually find who you can and place an order... and then they don’t even take measurements? Sadly, I cannot give zero stars. Overbooked, crowded mess of people. No personalized service and my “associate” did not even pay attention to my story. I will own the fact that I needed a dress quickly for a wedding overseas-that’s not ideal for anyone-however, the service was rude and disruptive (due to the overbooking). Thank God I was in Chambersburg later in the day and stopped by J&B Bridal! Those gals were a first class act who were empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond to help me. Worst customer service ever. We had an appointment and our consultant barely greeted us and left us waiting for her to return. The bride then put back on her clothes and had to go find dresses herself. They overbook their appointments and offer horrible customer service. Once we found a dress the bride liked, we asked the consultant to check to make sure it would be in before the wedding. She disappeared and never returned.
