Ladies, do your research before you just book a bridal party fitting. I live in Sheboygan, WI. aprox. 7 hours from this location, i scheduled my apointment here because my mom and 3 of my bridesmaids live in MN as that is where I am from as well. Moved out here to be with my fiance. Horrible sizing of dresses. I wear a size 0, I was measured for a size 0 and once the dress came in had to take it elsewhere to have 7 inches taken in on BOTH sides for a total of 14 inches. Make sure you order your dresses with PLENTY of time for alterations.

I went bridal shopping here last Saturday and it was an absolutely terrible experience. The lady that was supposed to be helping us out was no help at all. Once she showed us where to look she took off not asking me anything about what I was looking for. We had a very hard time trying to find the type of dress I was looking for and instantly felt overwhelmed. She was MIA almost the whole appointment and my mother in law had to do almost all of my dress up and hold them in the back so i could get a bit of a feel for them. One... read more

Today was my appointment for alterations and I think the lady’s name was Lisa.(she never introduced herself) She was soo rude, attitude from the very beginning. I actually had to ask her if I was suppose to follow her, she just grabbed my wedding dress and walked away from me.. First rudeness.. My daughter bought her wedding dress that fit her perfect. No alterations needed. The wedding was postponed a year because she had a baby. She tried her dress on a couple months ago to see if anything needed to be done. The dress fit perfect besides about 4 inches of the zipper on the back of her dress. Took in the store to have a corset put in and now the waist is way to big and they told her it would be in the bust area that would of been a little bigger, which would have worked out perfect. Ordered a dress for my daughters communion on January 27th, was told that the dress would be in by April. Called today to get a status on the dress and was told that it was never ordered. We paid for the dress in FULL at the time of the order. The only reason we know it wasn't ordered was because we called to see the status, they never bothered to let us know that we wouldn't be receiving it in time.
