Andrea Nelson is the store manager, she is rude, aggressive and quite frankly a bully! She has no business being in management and is a POOR representation of David's Bridal! While other employees were kind and helpful, Andrea falls short and needs to learn what customer service is. I will NEVER go back to the N. Attelboro store!

Have been having issue after issue.. Went to pick up my dress with my mom and father (who had not seen the dress yet) and saw that they had ordered the wrong dress and made me feel as though it was my fault because I signed the paperwork not noticing it was wrong (I know nothing about bridal dresses so I would like to assume the people helping me would have filled out the order correctly.) It's was okay. Consultant was overbooked with another appointment which was disappointing and with it being my first time ever, she wasn't super helpful. Nice and friendly but not personable and didn't bring me any dresses that I told her I was looking for. So. Definitely going to a different place but it was okay.

I am disappointed in the quality of the merchandise (my rehearsal dinner dress) that I have received. The company is focused on a quick sale with no intention of customer satisfaction. I have returned this item three separate times, each with a “new” item sent directly to this store. Defects ranging from pen marks on the skirt and holes where seam lines were not sewn correctly were present. The dress selection is amazing. Although, the alterations pricing is ridiculous. As a bridesmaid I paid more for the alterations then I did for the actual dress. The dress was a reasonable price around 219 but the alterations costed me 230.

Very displeased with the experience I had alongside my Bridal party. I had scheduled an appointment for 12:30-1:30 and wasn't approached by a sales associate until almost 12:50. When we were approached, she told my girls to find 4 styles of dresses we would like, but didn't measure any of them. This David’s bridal location saved a customer. I recently experienced the worst service at the David’s bridal on ray road, almost gave up on David’s bridal until I took my bridesmaids to this location. We walked in knowing what we wanted and walked out with dresses ordered. Way to do business!
